Dato che al lunedì sera parecchi locali sono chiusi, abbiamo deciso di provare per la prima volta Amae. Spettacolo! Prima di tutto gentilezza. Piatti presentati molto bene e veramente buoni! Una bella scoperta.. da tornarci sicuramente!

Delicious dishes: tasty, balanced and well presented. The autumn starter with leek, pumpkin and bagna cauda was really good, as were the gorgonzola and beetroot gnocchi and the fassona accompanied by vegetables. The sweet coconut and mango concluded the dinner in a fitting way. Positive service with explanation of the dishes. Good value for money. The only negative note: strong cooking smell from the kitchen which was noticeable during dinner and remained on the hair and clothes.

I have to say that we were very satisfied. We made a great impression with our friends who arrived from Pisa. The kindness of the lady who welcomed us made us feel at home. The venue is refined and elegant. Delicious and well prepared dishes. Highly recommended.

Piccolo locale in via Roma a Cuneo Molto bello il locale , piatti molto ben presentati e comunque particolari, prezzo nella media sicuramente super consigliato

Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved further. Also thanks to the inclusion of Andrea Serale in the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors and new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in terms of labels but in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae.

13/03/2025: Food: particular, good, authentic. It is interesting to present the hamburgers with tomino in addition to or instead of meat. It's a shame that the menu, which was also very nice, featured sheep and goat tomini which were actually not available because they were no longer processed. Location: even in this particular case, it's a shame about the lack of ventilation which doesn't empty the place of the smell of cheese. Service: we are not there. I've been twice and, apart from the lack of friendliness of the ladies, they are not very skilled at the checkout. The first time I waited twenty minutes, the second ten. Good price. I will raise it to 4 stars when I find the desired improvements. The potential is there. Luckily lactosolution, which makes me digest the lactose in tomino!
23/02/2025: Abbiamo prenotato in tre per in apericena veloce, ma alla fine con I piatti ordinati abbiamo cenato veramente. Locale accogliente e personale gentile. Tutte portate a base di portate di ottimi formaggi come da tradizione di Famu. Consigliato sia per aperitivi che per pranzo e cene.

23/03/2025: First time at this inn, we ate lunch and were satisfied with everything! The place is really nice, soft lights are not annoying, the room is warm and welcoming. We all ordered different things and liked them all! There are also several choices for vegetarians! The raw materials are genuine and of excellent quality :) We will definitely be back!

The menu, which varies according to the seasons. Although the proposal may differ from what you see online, each visit promises culinary surprises The service is very nice: the staff, always attentive and helpful, contributes to creating a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The kindness and professionalism of the waiters are the perfect complement In short, if you are looking for a place to enjoy traditional Piedmontese dishes in a refined and welcoming context, this restaurant is definitely the right choice.
