Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has further improved. Thanks also to the addition of Andrea Serale, a talented and promising Italian chef, to the staff, new flavors and aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is significantly more extensive, not so much in terms of labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate—and every budget. The service is excellent, as always, and handled with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent, so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper for me. Due to work reasons, I won't be able to dine at amae this week, and they'll be closing on Saturday. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will be closing, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Glad I was able to go again this evening. Thank you Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

Ottimo locale nel centro di Cuneo. Gestito da due giovani chef, piatti della tradizione presentati con delle piccole novità che fanno la differenza. Che dire poi del pane 🥖 fatto esclusivamente con il lievito madre e si sente!! 👏

Personally, I liked everything about it, from the place, which is a single, relatively quiet room, to the dishes on offer, from the starters to the desserts.

An intimate venue on Via Roma, with highly regarded music. The service is excellent, but what really sets this restaurant apart is the menu. The dishes are innovative, wonderful, and executed to perfection. Flavors I've never experienced anywhere else. The prices aren't cheap, but the quality of the ingredients is evident.

Simply incredible! We found this restaurant by chance and were definitely not disappointed. I highly recommend it; the food is truly delicious.

Fantastic. The food was top-notch. Dishes were beautifully presented and the combinations were unique. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious dishes: tasty, balanced and well presented. The autumn appetizer with leek, pumpkin and bagna cauda was really good, as were the gnocchi gorgonzola and beetroot and the fassona accompanied by vegetables. The coconut and mango dessert ended the dinner in style. Positive service with explanation of the dishes. Good value for money. The only negative note: strong cooking smell from the kitchen that was noticeable during dinner and remained on hair and clothes.

I must say we were very satisfied. We made a wonderful impression on our friends who had come from Pisa. The kindness of the lady who welcomed us made us feel at home. The place is refined and elegant. The dishes are delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommended.
