Fantastic. Very high quality of food. Dishes beautifully presented, special combinations. Definitely coming back!

Delicious dishes: tasty, balanced and well presented. The autumn starter with leek, pumpkin and bagna cauda was really good, as were the gorgonzola and beetroot gnocchi and the fassona accompanied by vegetables. The sweet coconut and mango concluded the dinner in a fitting way. Positive service with explanation of the dishes. Good value for money. The only negative note: strong cooking smell from the kitchen which was noticeable during dinner and remained on the hair and clothes.

I have to say that we were very satisfied. We made a great impression with our friends who arrived from Pisa. The kindness of the lady who welcomed us made us feel at home. The venue is refined and elegant. Delicious and well prepared dishes. Highly recommended.

Explosion of flavors! A place run by highly qualified guys.

Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved further. Also thanks to the inclusion of Andrea Serale in the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors and new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in terms of labels but in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae.

Simple place, pleasant atmosphere, good food

Refined but minimal environment: the essential furnishings have been carefully taken care of. Excellent service. The gastronomic proposals, EXCELLENT, denote attention to the highest quality raw materials. Menu absolutely proportionate to the venue: there are not many options but in my opinion and my tastes it is the best way to enhance a high-quality restaurant. Should the opportunity arise again, I will return.

Couple's dinner. We tried this restaurant for the first time, what can I say: welcoming place, delicious, well-prepared food and with reinterpretations of VERY GOOD and TASTY dishes. RIGHT PORTIONS, I left there, full but not bloated. The staff, young, very polite, courteous and sociable, CONGRATULATIONS, A NICE PLACE TO SPEND A PLEASANT EVENING EATING VERY WELL. The staff was very good at our requests. The food was exquisite, the wine list of excellent quality… and all at a very fair price
