Ottimo locale nel centro di Cuneo. Gestito da due giovani chef, piatti della tradizione presentati con delle piccole novità che fanno la differenza. Che dire poi del pane 🥖 fatto esclusivamente con il lievito madre e si sente!! 👏

Personally, I liked everything, starting from the restaurant, which is made up of a single room and therefore relatively quiet, to the dishes offered, from the starter to the dessert.

Intimate venue in Via Roma, with extremely popular music. The service is excellent but what really sets this restaurant apart is the menu. Innovative, wonderful and perfectly executed dishes. Flavors never experienced anywhere else. The price is not cheap, but the quality of the raw materials is noticeable.

Simply incredible! We found this restaurant by chance and really not disappointed I recommend it the food is really delicious

Delicious dishes: tasty, balanced and well presented. The autumn starter with leek, pumpkin and bagna cauda was really good, as were the gorgonzola and beetroot gnocchi and the fassona accompanied by vegetables. The sweet coconut and mango concluded the dinner in a fitting way. Positive service with explanation of the dishes. Good value for money. The only negative note: strong cooking smell from the kitchen which was noticeable during dinner and remained on the hair and clothes.

I have to say that we were very satisfied. We made a great impression with our friends who arrived from Pisa. The kindness of the lady who welcomed us made us feel at home. The venue is refined and elegant. Delicious and well prepared dishes. Highly recommended.

Explosion of flavors! A place run by highly qualified guys.

Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved further. Also thanks to the inclusion of Andrea Serale in the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors and new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in terms of labels but in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae.
