I have been to this ice cream shop in Bitonto in recent days, I was pleasantly surprised, a lot of variety of flavours, excellent choice of raw materials, friendly staff attentive to customer needs, I will definitely be back

For me one of the best ice creams in Bitonto. I really enjoy the taste of their ice creams, you pay what you pay but it's worth it, rating 9! Advise.

Artisanal ice cream in the true sense of the word. All made with fresh, quality products. I recommend all the fruit flavors, because they are actually made with fresh fruit. They have a fridge on display to store fruit and an open laboratory, synonymous with cleanliness. The staff very friendly and jovial. Strategic position 1 step away from the green lung of the city.

11/07/2024: Simply everything fantastic from the starters to the desserts (made by them!). The staff impeccable on the choice of wine! Highly recommend!!!
25/06/2024: Located very close to the historical place the restaurant actually incorporates one of those houses. If you are lucky you can have the only table in that part. Other than that excellent food and drinks and friendly staff.

29/07/2024: Excellent location for not very large events (in our case a birthday), elegant and excellent quality of service
12/07/2024: We chose Cristalli di Sale for our wedding on 6/7/24 and we couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was perfect!!! The food is excellent and plentiful, the staff is always available to satisfy every request and pamper our guests. They also gave us the opportunity to use the wonderful swimming pool, which is unthinkable for other reception rooms. A special mention to Alessandro and Giuseppe, impeccable room managers, and to Mariano, the DJ who kept us entertained until late in the evening. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI... you made our party wonderful and you deserve all the compliments that we continue to receive from friends and relatives Daniela & Alessandro ❤️
