Giorgione, the #1, is always present in the dining room with his charming personality, a joke for everyone, always available, never unreachable. Excellent food, endless appetizers, and with the phrase "ask and it shall be given to you," he's a winner with me! I'll definitely be back, it's worth it.

Excellent trattoria with authentic dishes, a varied and well-stocked appetizer buffet, two first courses, two second courses with sides, and three desserts to sample. The menu is set but excellent. The staff is very quick and friendly. Giorgione is a fantastic person.

We booked a good six months in advance (in August for February), and overall it was worth it. Their menu, which changes seasonally, includes a rich appetizer buffet, two first courses, two second courses with sides, and a trio of desserts, all for €40.00 excluding drinks. The dishes served are traditional, generous, and truly delicious. In our case, we tried: - Tagliatelle with mixed ragù, - Gnocchi with four cheeses and truffle, - Guinea fowl and potatoes, - Jugged pork shank Everything was delicious and easy to eat. The advice (even from the wait staff) is to avoid overdoing the appetizers, so you can fully enjoy the main courses. Of course, the whole experience was enhanced by the presence of Giorgione himself, who proved to be a very kind host and extremely open to chatting and taking photos with his guests. I recommend everyone try it at least once in their life, but book well in advance.

We had a wonderful meal, with very kind and attentive service. Giorgione stopped by the tables all evening to say hello. Highly recommended as an experience!

A unique experience, absolutely unmissable for Giorgione fans. The service is exceptional, familiar yet extremely attentive and friendly. Giorgione is present throughout the service and wanders among the tables chatting with the diners. As for the food: delicious appetizers, plentiful, varied, and made with fresh, authentic ingredients; good first courses, albeit rather heavy (they're quite greasy); slightly disappointing second courses, but excellent side dishes; delicious desserts. In short, an experience worth having at least once in your life.

An exceptional place, to say the least. Excellent food and excellent staff. Giorgione is a wonderful host, very attentive to everyone and everything. He met all our expectations. We'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: A hilltop restaurant, very easy to get to, 3 km from the Via Emilia. Very good first courses, a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, spotlessly clean, and very affordable prices. We've been here before. Highly recommended.
15/02/2026: A pleasant discovery. I wasn't familiar with the place, and on a friend's recommendation, we tried it for dinner. Everything was delicious, both the homemade first courses and the main courses, featuring excellent meat. We also tried the desserts, and they were excellent, too.

13/03/2026: We dined in this restaurant as a group, we enjoyed the unique and very tasty dishes of excellent quality, the staff were polite, efficient and very responsive despite there being a lot of us, thank you for your hospitality
23/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance, in a Gubbio that was mostly closed for vacation. The waiter, Alessio, guided us through a pleasant, quality lunch, combining local flavors and kindness. The platter of cured meats and cheeses was superb, and the tagliatelle with fresh truffle was a must-try. All accompanied by excellent local wine and olive oil. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
