Definitely the quantity; don't expect porcini mushrooms, truffles, or pecorino cheese to exceed 30g/kg. However, the traditional dishes are exceptional: tongue, tripe, head, legumes, lasagna, gnocchi, guinea fowl, pork loin, and desserts.

Passing through the area, I took the opportunity to have lunch at this place, which I'd often heard about. The formula is very simple, as is the marketing strategy; by catering to the number of guests, they offer a fixed but fairly varied menu, starting with a generous and varied all-you-can-eat appetizer buffet (which I personally enjoyed!), moving on to two modest but still good first courses, two equally modest but still acceptable second courses, and finally three less-than-memorable second courses. The €38.00 price tag is more than justified and fair, considering the quality/quantity ratio, which is hard to find elsewhere. I've read reviews of "phenomena" who complained about the quality... I have no idea what fantastic culinary experiences these people are coming from, but I humbly point out that in many other restaurants for €38.00 you can maybe get a fillet steak with a side dish... but you pay extra for service, drinks, cover charge, dessert, and coffee!!! The restaurant has more rooms and is quite large, but it's always busy... perhaps it's easier to find a table for lunch. The service is quite fast and unobtrusive. I can only say that everything was more than delicious, from the appetizers to the dessert, all included in the €38 set menu. Furthermore, the staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived and, as a vegetarian, were able to offer alternatives without me missing out on a unique experience. The only flaw is the location, but that's the risk of choosing a very rustic setting. In short, I would gladly return and recommend everyone try it at least once.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, vino dalla zona con un ricarico veramente onesto! Che dire, se uno va a mangiare da Giorgione, si aspetta e Nobel nostro caso abbiamo ricevuto, un servizio alla buona, senza tante sciccherie ma con un cibo genuino, buono e soprattutto di qualità !! Ricca scelta di antipasti, tutti molto buoni. Forse solo un po’ angusto lo spazio. Primi molto buoni, secondi buoni ma mi aspettavo di meglio. Dolci un po’ scarni. Giorgione molto simpatico. Personale molto cortese. Esperia zia simpatica, da rifare. La consiglio.
