Luckily found a place for lunch. Very kind staff. Fixed price menu €38 + drinks. Appetizer buffet with a wide choice and quality products. Then 2 first courses and 2 second courses with side dishes and finally dessert. All very good. Giorgione stops by to greet everyone exchanging a few words. Simple but very well made cuisine A piece of advice, book and visit us

Today we finally managed to go to Giorgione to eat beautiful day we had fun we ate very well and we also met him he is always the top mythical Giorgione. We will definitely go back obviously according to the reservation that they can give us but next time we will organize ourselves better we will find a place to sleep And we will stay out of those parts at least two or three days the trip is long but there is a lot to see in that place very nice villages so much green so much medieval And it is worth a stay obviously as an excuse to go eat at his place in the "via di mezzo"

Dinner at Giorgione, an unmissable culinary experience. Despite the vastness of dishes in the appetizer buffet, everything was taken care of and prepared in the best way. The dishes served, first courses, second courses and dessert, were truly delicious. Giorgio's friendliness and availability reign!

We were in November for a dinner with friends, as soon as we arrived they welcomed us with open arms. First step Appetizers, rich and varied choice, we were hesitant about the quality/price ratio but really whatever we took was of excellent quality and flavor. We continued with the first courses, in our case gnocchi speck&mushrooms + pasta with ragù, served without too much waiting. We then moved on to the second courses, in our case guinea fowl with truffle sauce + potatoes and shank in beer with salad, good to die for. Even the desserts were excellent. Hospitality? Well what can I say, the waiters were very kind and Giorgione himself came by several times to ask if we needed anything. Also at the end of the service he spent a good 10 minutes at our table to talk to us, a very nice person. In conclusion, an experience that leaves you with a belt that is at least 4 holes wider but absolutely worth doing. The only sore point was the booking times, we called on August 22nd and the first available date was Thursday November 7th at the time

An authentic experience in the heart of Montefalco. The place is welcoming, with a warm and homely atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The cuisine is simple and genuine. Each dish has the flavor of things made with love and passion. A special round of applause to the owner, the legendary Giorgione, who with his kindness and friendliness was able to entertain all the guests with naturalness and joy. A pleasant presence that made the dinner memorable. A place where you eat well, smile and gladly return. Highly recommended!

Mamma mia what a show! Finally a place where you can EAT for real and not just watch the food! XD It's even better than I imagined, the food is like you see in his videos and how my grandmother used to cook, with tons of seasoning and a hurricane of flavors. Everything is good, from the buffet appetizers, to the homemade first courses, the meat second courses, the side dishes and the 3 desserts! The staff is also polite and there is little waiting despite the crowd that created a bit of noise. I recommend it to everyone, he is really a cool guy and there was a queue to take a picture together, I suggest if you want to talk to him calmly to avoid the weekend.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, vino dalla zona con un ricarico veramente onesto! Che dire, se uno va a mangiare da Giorgione, si aspetta e Nobel nostro caso abbiamo ricevuto, un servizio alla buona, senza tante sciccherie ma con un cibo genuino, buono e soprattutto di qualità !! L’ amico Giorgione lo abbiamo beccato per una foto all’uscita. Simpaticissimo!!!! Grazie di tutto!!

Ricca scelta di antipasti, tutti molto buoni. Forse solo un po’ angusto lo spazio. Primi molto buoni, secondi buoni ma mi aspettavo di meglio. Dolci un po’ scarni. Giorgione molto simpatico. Personale molto cortese. Esperia zia simpatica, da rifare. La consiglio.
