What can I say? I tried calling and they never answered, so I tried sending an IMEI and they answered immediately telling me that everything was full until March, even though I was on holiday in those areas I wanted to book for next year and luck wanted to be on my side there was a place for two it was a fantastic experience excellent food fabulous staff and Giorgione amazing and welcoming it is worth going even if to go you have to book months in advance

Simply delicious!!! An experience in every way. The set menu format is a winning choice: traditional dishes, generous, flavorful, and prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. Giorgione himself is a warm and welcoming presence in the restaurant. Highly recommended for those who love authentic food, without frills but full of flavor. I will definitely be back!

A truly top-notch food and wine experience. Dishes cooked just like they used to be. Chatting with Giorgione, who tells the restaurant's history, enriches the evening.

On a lovely Sunday in September, after a long wait because you have to book months in advance, we finally had lunch at Giorgione. The fixed menu includes a buffet of appetizers, two first courses, two second courses with two side dishes, and a sampling of a trio of desserts. The restaurant is rustic, not very large, with simple, trattoria-style furnishings in a basic but familiar setting. The appetizers are excellent, from all sorts of cured meats to fantastic cheeses, tripe, pappa al pomodoro, chicken liver pâté, sliced ​​tongue with chili peppers, and a salad of beans and pickles of all kinds. The first and second courses, and especially the desserts, were average, especially since after you've gorged yourself and delighted in the appetizers, everything seems banal. The service is courteous but distant and even too fast! At the end of the meal, the patron saint of the place appears and passes between the tables, offering liqueurs and grappas, and even a few jokes and conversations. You pay and leave and on the bench outside Giorgione waits for a souvenir photo. He acts his role a bit, he plays the character but he does it with good nature, simplicity and generosity and we customers also play along but take home the satisfaction of having had a good, abundant lunch and in a pleasant atmosphere of an old-fashioned tavern!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante e ne siamo usciti sazi ma davvero soddisfatti! Il cibo è ottimo, preparato con ingredienti di qualità e porzioni davvero abbondanti, difficile alzarsi senza sentirsi pienamente appagati. L'atmosfera che si respira è accogliente e rilassata, perfetta per condividere del tempo in famiglia o con gli amici. La presenza di Giorgione poi è un valore aggiunto, simpatico e alla mano riesce a farti sentire a casa. Un posto dove sicuramente torneremo volentieri. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una buona cucina, abbondanza ed un ambiente piacevole! Un solo avvertimento: l'antipasto a buffet è molto ricco ma non esagerate perchè seguono due primi abbondanti, due secondi altrettanto abbondanti ed un tris di dolci deliziosi!

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, vino dalla zona con un ricarico veramente onesto! Che dire, se uno va a mangiare da Giorgione, si aspetta e Nobel nostro caso abbiamo ricevuto, un servizio alla buona, senza tante sciccherie ma con un cibo genuino, buono e soprattutto di qualità !! L’ amico Giorgione lo abbiamo beccato per una foto all’uscita. Simpaticissimo!!!! Grazie di tutto!!
