The environment is very suggestive and informal. Very good food with the flavors of the past and I say this because I come from a family where they cooked like this. Giorgio is also a helpful and very nice person. We hope to be able to return.

A dream come true. Maestro Giorgione has no equals in his sympathy. The fixed menu makes you come out rolling without mentioning the spectacular appetizer buffet. Of course you have to book in advance but this only increases the enjoyment. Trained staff and welcoming environment. The gnocchi al sagratino should be included as a national monument. I hope to return.

A place that absolutely deserves to return. First of all, the welcoming, attentive and polite staff. Traditional place, clean and well kept. Starter buffet (unlimited) with typical Umbrian delicacies, first and second courses served at the table, well made but above all with excellent ingredients raw, quality. Quantity typical of a trattoria, therefore abundant. Price more than honest for what we ate and drank. Wines, even all local ones.....and then Giorgione, a legend for me. A beautiful, genuine person, available, with good eyes.....nothing different from what you see on social media. We will definitely be back

I don't think this place needs any introduction.
Homemade cuisine (with plenty of oil) and excellent local products.
The only advice I can give is to try to try little of all the starters and leave plenty of space for the first and second courses as they are very abundant.
Avoid overdoing it because there are few bathrooms and there are too many people who overdo it.
In total we spent around 40 euros each.

Great place with excellent food at very honest prices (40€ each including wine and water). Furthermore, Giorgione, as soon as he makes his appearance, crowns the experience with his friendliness. Thanks Giorgione!
Ps. In case of requests for vegetarian options, please notify a few days in advance, vegan options are practically absent.

Il pranzo non ha deluso le aspettative.
Tutto buono e abbondante, da fare attenzione agli antipasti se si esagera non si arriva a fine pasto.

Locale caratteristico. Antipasti: a buffet ampia scelta tra salumi formaggi, sottaceti, orzo , ecc. ottimi prodotti .spettacolare la pappa al pomodoro ma i carciofi veramente cattivi a mio gusto, sembravano di plastica per me un prodotto molto commerciale.
Primi piatti : sono 2 primi portati a sorpresa, a noi orecchiette con erbette molto buone e gnocchi di patate al ragu'.
Secondi: collo di pollo con salsa ai funghi e faraona arrosto, discreti.
Dolci,; da rivedere
Giorgione simpatico e disponibile a foto e chiacchiere.
non fa sicuramente cucina umbra ma varia parecchio.
Costo 36 euro a persona escluso bere coperto e caffè.
