Everything is superb, the place is incredible and the food is unbeatable! Congratulations indeed!!!

It was a long wait and a long trip, but it was absolutely worth it!!! Traditional, classic place, just as you would expect. Nothing out of place. The guys in the dining room are synchronized like Swiss watches and the shocking thing is that despite the influx of people, they always manage to be helpful and efficient, in a short time. Excellent food as well as excellent wine. I couldn't miss a line for the frontman, Giorgione. Super nice, super kind and super welcoming with EVERYONE. Very good, keep it up!!!! To come back!!!

And what can I say??? Pure spectacle!! "Family" atmosphere, welcoming, the feeling of being at ease was the master... Food that I can't find words because I can still feel the taste, the deliciousness, the quality and quantity!!!! Having the pleasure of chatting with him in person... Thanks to Giorgio!! It was relaxing, pleasant and fun. We'll be back!!

Lots of confusion inside the restaurant, top buffet appetizers, first and second courses without praise and without infamy, just sufficient. The right price for what you eat, Giorgione a wonderful character

The restaurant is very nice, and is located in a beautiful village. Giorgione welcoming and friendly. The waiting staff is helpful and impeccable in the service. The appetizers are very good, but a little disappointed by the first and second courses. They were good but not exceptional. Overall I recommend going there but let's say it is not worth the wait. The staff is excellent though.

Recensione: “Quantità” è la parola d’ordine! Il banco degli antipasti offre una varietà incredibile di pietanze, tutte di ottima qualità. Il menù fisso prosegue con due primi, due secondi, due contorni e un dolce: venire via con la fame è impossibile! Giorgione e la moglie sono accoglienti e disponibili, lo staff è eccellente e il vino della casa è semplice ma molto buono. Un’esperienza genuina e appagante da ripetere!

Giorgione mi ha messo in imbarazzo. Lui merita la stella Michelin per la sua incredibile spontaneità e disponibilità verso chiunque abbia qualcosa da dirgli. La sua cucina, o meglio, la sua formula, mi convince meno. Per chi non c'è mai stato (come me fino a ieri l'altro), il ristorante offre un buffet straordinario di verdure, formaggi, salse, intingoli e che non ha eguali. Poi ti arrivano 2 primi e 2 secondi stabiliti dalla cucina. È proprio questo il punto che mi convince meno. Preferirei poter scegliere io cosa mangiare, magari tra una scelta limitata a 4 piatti, non di più, ma così devi farti andare bene ciò che ti viene servito. Punto. Questo è l'unico appunto che mi sento di fare a un personaggio che non soffrirà certo per il mio "4". Lui è Giorgione: prendere o lasciare. Comunque sia, è un esperienza umana che consiglio di fare almeno una volta. E lui è davvero una rockstar...
