I already knew Pizzeria La Toscana under the old management, and it was already a go-to place for excellent pizza by the slice. But I have to say that under the new management, they've made a definitive leap in quality; now we're truly at the top! The Welcome The first impression is fantastic. The wait staff and management are the real added value: courteous, friendly, and genuinely willing to recommend the best. You feel welcomed with a smile, which is never a given. The Pizza Moving to the food, the pizza exceeded my wildest expectations. The dough is light and easily digestible, perfect for those seeking quality without feeling heavy. I really appreciated the creative toppings: original combinations that reimagine the concept of pizza by the slice without betraying its tradition. A Tuscan Menu Worth A+ If you're not in the mood for pizza, the menu offers Tuscan specialties that seem to come straight from Florence or Siena: Appetizers: Fabulous bruschetta with chicken livers and a selection of Tuscan cheeses (of the highest quality). ⁠First courses: Pici all'Aglione and Norcina are a must, as is an excellent eggplant parmigiana. ⁠Second courses: Fabulous, tender, and flavorful beef tagliata. In summary: A management that has successfully maintained the legacy of the past while elevating it to a higher level. Highly recommended for those seeking quality and courtesy in a relaxed atmosphere.

Amazing 😍! Delicious pizza, I chose takeout, and it was divine even after 10 minutes, the time it took to get home. I watched them while I was waiting, an assembly line, perfect fit, and despite customers at the table and customers ordering takeout, they did everything perfectly with a smile, kindness, and professionalism 🤗. I assume it was father and son who made and topped the pizzas, a unique resemblance, a bond, and it was a pleasure to watch them work. Pizza rating 💯 Your kindness 🔝 See you next time 🥂

Excellent pizza al trancio, relaxed and friendly atmosphere

It was already good before, but now that they make deep-dish pizza, it's a whole different story. Truly one of the best I've ever had, and for the price, there's no comparison! And I hope the waiter who served us is well; he was very nice!

Thanks to the chef's expert selection of natural, high-quality ingredients, the pizza by the slice is superb and the cuisine tops! The welcome is almost homely. Personally, when I leave after eating, I already miss them...

After reopening under new management, it was my first time here, and it was excellent! Very friendly staff and high-quality food. Recommended.
