Attracted by the sight of the scampi risotto, we stopped for a bite to eat (given that it was 3:00 PM, so already relatively late). Gianluca greeted us and, with honesty, kindness, and candor, warned us about the potential long wait for service. We nevertheless chose to sit down, a decision that turned out to be one of the best: we didn't wait long, and above all, the food was excellent! The mixed raw fish was unmissable! And, of course, the scampi cream risotto was superb. Impeccable service (also thanks to Davide). We'll definitely be back!

The food here is at Glam is an absolute standout—every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with high-quality ingredients!
I’m still thinking about that pasta called Scialatelli, excellent!!!Just as impressive was the service; our server was attentive without being overbearing and made excellent recommendations. A flawless dining experience from start to finish.
