My husband and I spent two nights at this charming hotel. The staff are most helpful and friendly and very attentive at breakfast time. The selection at breakfast was very impressive with fresh coffees made to order. The room was very comfortable with everything available for your comfort. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Lovely little hotel, the rooms are tastefully decorated with painted tuscan scenery. The staff were very friendly and gave great tips about where to eat in the evenings.

Delightful boutique hotel in the centre, near the church of San Frediano and the church of San Michele, in a quiet internal street. Each room has very beautiful paintings and has all the comforts. Good amenities in the bathroom, slippers present, safe. Very comfortable beds. Delicious, refined breakfast, possibility of having freshly squeezed orange juice, a beehive of honey and as much dried fruit as you want. All served with delicious plates and cups, a refined and elegant touch. Truly a gem of a hotel

Hotel in an excellent location convenient to the historic center and close enough to the free parking just outside the walls. The map and the information they gave us upon our arrival were handy so we could orient ourselves better in the historic center. The room was spacious and the bathroom large. The bed was comfortable and the heating was excellent... we would have liked a couple of extra towels given that there was a hydromassage tub and a shower and the towels for the sink were made of cotton and not sponge and they got damp immediately! We had some problems with the bathtub taps, only the hand shower worked and had little pressure. Being a 4 star hotel which however has neither a restaurant nor a bar inside...we would have appreciated a kettle with 2 bags of tea or coffee available if not in the room at least in the breakfast counter...since it was cold in the evening We would have liked a hot drink...the staff told us that all we had to do was ask...but being a 4 star I thought it was available! The breakfast was very varied and plentiful with the possibility of making freshly squeezed orange juice! Usually in 4 star hotels there are 2 bottles of free water... they were there in the mini bar but they didn't know if they were free, there was no written information. With a little more attention I would have given 5 stars! P.S. I recommend renting bicycles and doing the entire route around the walls which are truly beautiful!

We stayed in this Hotel for one night. Very helpful staff. Strategic location. Very good breakfast. Too bad for two things: the smell inside the room and the cost of the hotel's private parking (not communicated and for a total of 18 euros) since if you want to get to the entrance you are forced to use it as it is a restricted traffic zone.
