Superb hotel ideally located in Lucca, with attentive and friendly staff. Lovely room, excellent mattress. Breakfast is also very good. Dog friendly. The secure parking directly opposite is very convenient.

Everything was perfect and more! Friendly and attentive staff, gorgeous room, and fantastic location! The only downside is that it's quite difficult to get to without the staff's help because the streets are narrow and the GPS doesn't recognize the route. Otherwise, PERFECT.

Charming hotel very well located. Insuperable helpfull and friendly staff. Breakfast offers even fruit and vegetables juicers!!! Enchanting room and spacious bathroom. Couldn’t ask for more.

If you wish to have a 4 star service and have warm, lovely staff who makes you feel at home, this is the place to go. A boutique hotel on steroids in the heart of a medieval town.

A very nice hotel; the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are a bit noisy and a bit dark, but everything is clean. Breakfast is very good; a bit more salty would be nice. For a 4-star hotel, however, it would be nice if, for example, water or something similar were provided daily.

Very central location, parking is available. The rooms are very uniquely furnished and offer everything you need. The staff is very helpful, and we'll probably be happy to return.

26/10/2025: Simply extraordinary. A true taste experience. Every dish was surprising and out of the ordinary. The location is beautiful and makes you feel at ease. The staff was truly impeccable, knowledgeable and friendly while maintaining the right level of formality. Chef Tomei even came to the dining room to thank and say hello. Number one. Congratulations
04/10/2025: Last night, three friends and I had dinner at this magical place, with wonderful, flavorful dishes. The maître d' was kind, attentive, and very sociable, and he took us on this journey, as was the other waiter, who was always efficient. Thank you, you're a wonderful team. 14/11/2025: Chocolate snack. Everything was delicious. Wide selection of desserts, friendly and fast staff. Clean and charming place facing the Viareggio pine forest.
10/11/2025: Very well stocked. Good for gluten-free breakfast. They're very friendly.
