Centrally located facility, easy to reach, dedicated parking. Upon arrival, very courteous staff are ready to help you even with your bags; I would say excellent first impression. I booked a superior room with hydromassage tub, the view from the windows was a bit "poor" but nothing to criticize after all it is a historic centre. Nothing short of perfect bathroom with “Yacuzzi” tub. Very large room, slightly poor mini bar. Rooms with the presence of a double pillow, which is very useful. Found a room already conditioned, a sign of attention. Very rich breakfast and I repeat reception and staff very courteous and ready to help you. I give my mere opinion 5 stars, they can improve but they are on the right track.

Wonderful, lovingly furnished hotel in the heart of the old town. The best thing I've ever seen in Italy!

Excellent hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was large. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast in the morning was a nice buffet. You could request a cappuccino or other coffee drinks.

They really deserve a review for the hospitality and comfort of the rooms, the hotel is located in a very central and convenient area for getting around the city on foot. The staff were super friendly, smiling and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was also excellent. Thanks and see you next time

Amazing quirky hotel beautiful rooms and fabulous breakfast choices hospitality is excellent. We loved the vintage breakfast crockery made it that bit more special 🤩💕

I would recommend it to everyone. Very clean, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. And of course pet friendly.
