What a great discovery! We regret not trying it sooner! Delicious food. The appetizers were rich and filling, and the meat was good. Very friendly and helpful staff! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It felt like home! The prices were even too fair! I'd even say low, considering the high quality! This will be our go-to place!

A great experience in Grottaglie with a €25 per person fixed menu, truly affordable and plentiful. The appetizer was rich and incredibly delicious: cured meats and cheeses accompanied by a delicious onion jam, tomato bruschetta, eggplant topped with ricotta cheese, fava beans with crispy onion, meatballs, and incredibly tender stew. The potato cakes with cheddar sauce were also perfect. For the main course, bombette and baked sausages were tasty and well-cooked. We finished with desserts and a bitter liqueur. The staff was incredibly kind!

We stumbled upon L’Inchianata by chance, as it’s a bit outside the town center, but what a great find! This place is truly authentic, with warm and attentive service. The food is simple, genuine, and clearly made with love. The menu is small, but everything is done really well. Portions are generous, we even had enough to enjoy again the next day! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a real, down-to-earth local experience
