I found myself eating in this restaurant in Grottaglie by chance. Walking with my family in the streets of the center of the beautiful village famous for its ceramics, we got hungry and what better thing than to have lunch in a typical restaurant? Asking around at locals many recommend all nchianata which in dialect would be the climb or something like that. An explosion of local flavors with great respect for seasonality, all well harmonized by a chef who is young but talented.

We had dinner on a Saturday evening in this restaurant, everything was really excellent, quality starters, excellent mixed roast, as was the house wine. Perfect service, waiters of unique kindness and friendliness. More than honest bill. We will definitely return

A che nella sera dell'antivigilia di natale, l'atmosfera del locale è sempre accogliente, anche nelle decorazioni natalizie. Che dire sulla cena. Come sempre ottimi gli antipasti della casa, così come l'arrosto misto, accompagnato da una gradevole insalata. Ottimo il vino presente nella carta dei vini. Servizio veloce, preciso e molto affabile. Conto adeguato alla grandissima qualità delle pietanze. Conferma.

Tutto ottimo, materie prime di qualità, tutto casereccio, locale accogliente, personale molto professionale. Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura un sabato a pranzo, facendo menù fisso, che dire da ritornarci sicuramente.

19/05/2025: I celebrated a family event at Pink a couple of Sundays ago for lunch. Despite having about thirty guests and several events in the room at the same time, the restaurant did everything to accommodate my every request regarding the table and seating arrangements, to enhance the corner for photos with the cake and to best arrange the chosen decorations. The menu was super abundant and we had a great day. The size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff and the richness of the menu are definitely a strong point of the restaurant.
19/05/2025: This restaurant has been synonymous with professionalism, excellent food, and kindness of the staff for many years. Alessio, the owner, is dedicated to his work and it shows. All the staff are very welcoming for every need. We go there very often, we chose it to celebrate our son's communion and it exceeded our expectations, in every little detail. Our entire family was very satisfied, even relatives who come from out of town. I highly recommend eating here for the quality of the food, a very varied menu, some refined dishes, kindness of the staff, beautiful location.
