We were truly impressed, especially with the service. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. We felt very welcome. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide selection; there was something for everyone. We'll definitely be back!

The room was basic and standard. My only problem was the very noisy air conditioning fan at night and the low temperature. If it's above 25 degrees Celsius, you can't turn it up if you're feeling cold because it turns off. The breakfast was standard, with numerous (industrial) cakes; nothing homemade. But be careful not to steal apples or fruit, or you'll be called away. I recommend picking up the fruit yourself so you don't have to chase customers.

Super friendly staff. Very, very clean rooms. Simply furnished but with everything you need. The shower is a bit too small (for taller people). The pool is super clean and well-maintained and has a very pleasant temperature. The breakfast could be a bit better – it's very simple and straightforward. Free parking is available. The hotel has a beach area with loungers and umbrellas for good prices ♥️ Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

One star less simply for the room and its amenities. Everything is a bit dated and the rooms are small. You find the bare minimum, but at least everything was clean. The hotel decor is not modern either. But the staff is very kind and efficient. The breakfast is quite complete with cold/hot and sweet/savory items. The pool is good but the space around it is really limited so in the morning it is a bit of a fight for shaded spots and many remain disappointed. We loved being able to park our car in the parking lot and get around by bike!

Very clean hotel, extremely friendly staff! A great pool! You could even swim after check-out, which was great. The breakfast buffet was also delicious!

Basic hotel with a very good quality/price ratio. Always very kind and "on the ball" staff. Few frills and a lot of substance... pleasant pool, bicycles available and an excellent breakfast! In addition, they promptly fixed an electrical problem in the room without causing us any inconvenience and apologizing several times for the inconvenience. Absolutely recommended hotel! Thanks for the hospitality! P.s. super plus, beach with sunbeds and umbrella included having stayed a few nights!!

I stayed just one night with my family for an event near Lignano. What can I say, perfect value for money, very polite staff, excellent room cleaning, breakfast buffet just right for any type of sweet/savory preference. We will definitely keep it in mind if we were to return there.

16/08/2025: Perfect hospitality – we were lucky enough to be able to reserve a table. In the glorious summer ambiance, we enjoyed the wonderful view from the terrace overlooking the hills of Corno di Rosazzo. The beautifully set table (with cloth napkins!) aroused anticipation for the following culinary experience. Our recommendation for the cold starter (antipasto) was a salad with sautéed chanterelle mushrooms, and the warm starter (primo) was a pasta made from Sarceno (buckwheat) with flavorful beef. You can only find it in Italy: seemingly simple, yet unique. For the main course (secondo) in this renowned meat temple, we chose "Bife de chorizo," an Argentinian sirloin steak, grilled whole to medium-rare, served with oven-baked potato wedges. Wonderful, just the perfect amount for two, wonderfully tender and flavorful! The service and the host, Francisco, were prompt and friendly! Everything was perfect, the homemade sorbetti (plum and pear) emphasized the special status of the house. Sparkling wine and wine from the owner's Perusini winery. The price was right. Oil from Parovel in Trieste! I couldn't think of anything better. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience with you. Best regards, Christian da Villaco
16/08/2025: We stopped by almost by chance, and I have to say I found everything delicious, including the owners...so if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again. I found the meat very tender. Ask for wine recommendations if you're not an expert.
