A truly welcoming place, furnished simply but with style: I went there in the evening and the lighting made it truly pleasant.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The wine list was very interesting; they have a remarkable cellar, with bottles for a modest price.
The menu was rich; we ordered the cappellacci stuffed with pork shoulder on a parmesan zabaglione: they were truly amazing.
A place to definitely return!

Excellent food, and finally a place serving traditional Parmesan cuisine amidst all these ethnic eateries. Excellent service, a quiet and refined atmosphere, ideal for a romantic dinner. Tip: Review the wine list; the wines are excellent, but there are better ones out there.

Upon entering, we were escorted to a table in a room shaped like a transparent hemisphere/bubble and were presented with a menu with choices divided between the shop and the kitchen, accompanied by a wine list.
From the shop, you can sample cured meats and cheeses, as well as the typical torta fritta (fried cake) accompanied by 30-month-aged Parma ham. To continue, from the kitchen, we ordered a first course of stuffed pasta, and for the second course, a dish of egg and turnip greens completely enveloped in a caciocavallo mousse.
Everything was well-balanced.
This restaurant was the winner of four restaurants, and we understand why. 😋

An excellent experience at Salumeria Alfione! The products are top-quality, with excellent, always-fresh cured meats and cheeses.
