Ottima cena senza ombra di dubbio, molto apprezzata la materia prima di qualità davvero notevole dove anche la parte vegetale ha un ruolo di primissimo ordine, ottimo pairing e servizio di una cortesia inaudita.

Mi sono regalata una cena in solitaria in questo ristorante, scelto dopo aver letto un po’ di recensioni e menù dei ristoranti della zona. Come dice il titolo, qui si punta alla raffinatezza con un bel tovagliato, un benvenuto dello chef e pane, grissini e burro di ottima qualità. Il servizio segue la stessa linea con le giuste attenzioni al cliente. Anche il cibo e il vino sono sulla stessa linea. Personalmente mi sono trovata molto bene, dato che è il tipo di ristorante che mi piace frequentare. Il costo è stato 95 euro per un antipasto più due ostriche, un primo, un dolce, una bottiglia di acqua, un calice di vino e un calice di moscato di Pantelleria (super).

We had dinner at Alex's with the eight-course tasting menu. The dishes are well prepared, excellent products, explosions of taste and experiences truly worth trying; the only flaw is that at the sixth course (and with still a glass of wine to taste) they cleared the table for us as if dinner had ended and after half an hour they came back saying that they had made a mistake, they re-set the table and brought us the last dish with the last glass of wine. From a place of this level I would have expected different attention and this event, in my opinion, is unjustifiable given the level of the place and the expense required for dinner.

Ottimo cibo , interessante carta dei vini, servizio impeccabile. Molto bella l’atmosfera , eravamo nel giardino ma c’è anche un patio molto interessante. Piacevoli coccole dello chef, ottima presentazione dei piatti, soddisfazione per l’occhio e per il palato.Consiglio vivamente l’esperienza del menu

There are no words to describe the sensorial and flavor experience of the dishes they offer. Well-kept venue, exceptional dining room staff, dishes prepared with care and with excellent quality raw materials! What can I say... unforgettable experience! Everything really excellent.
Careful presentation of the dishes. Different tastings offered by the chef, including various types of bread and breadsticks.
Nice, well-kept place.
Only problem, with us the service was really very slow... but I will definitely give it a second chance, maybe we just had a bit of bad luck.
