We had a tasting menu with six courses and three glasses of wine pairings.
It was a lovely discovery with flavors that were "unusual" from the norm, but that's exactly what you look for in a restaurant like this.
The prices were in line with what we ate. Of course, it was expensive, but that's fair enough.
A great discovery and an excellent restaurant, recommended if you want to save money and eat well.

A quiet restaurant with a variety of options at reasonable prices.
We tried the tasting menu, and the chef was incredibly willing to create vegetarian dishes specifically for one of our guests.
Even though we chose the traditional menu, I expected a little more originality given that the restaurant is listed in the Michelin guide.
No real surprises, but the quality and service were textbook.
I would perhaps have avoided the chocolate cake on the menu, since it's available at any trattoria.

A great place with real character! Everything was spot on – delicious food, friendly and efficient service, and a nicely designed interior that creates a welcoming atmosphere. We were recommended an excellent wine that paired perfectly with the meal. Definitely a spot worth visiting – I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great vibes, and a great glass of wine!

We had lunch at Alex Ristorante Enoteca and were very impressed with the cuisine: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly interesting pairings.
The service was decent, overall good, but could have been a little more attentive.
The only real shame: the decor is a bit dated, even though you have the option of dining indoors or outdoors.
Overall, a truly positive experience, made even more special by the excellent food!

We went to Alex Ristorante Enoteca in Marina di Pietrasanta and the experience was decidedly positive in every aspect.
As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with discretion and professionalism. Bread and breadsticks served with whipped garlic butter opened the dinner with a simple but well-curated note, a clear sign of the restaurant's philosophy.
We chose the prawns in kataifi on avocado cream, executed impeccably: crunchy on the outside, centered cooking and well-measured cream. An appetizer that works, without forcing.
Next, the dish called "Come una ribollita... di mare", with a thin potato casing and three well-balanced sauces. A pretentious name perhaps, but contained enough to live up to it.
The second course, fillet of fish with potato foam and tomato base, is probably the most centered of the evening: balanced in flavors, with perfect cooking of the fish and an intelligent use of the side elements.
Sober atmosphere, well-spaced tables, warm lights and staff present but never intrusive. The wine list is extensive, with a well-constructed selection. Prices are medium-high, but consistent with the level of the offer.
A detail not to be overlooked: the restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide, without stars but with full mention. And, after trying the cuisine, you understand why.
In short: solid cuisine, clean technique, attention to the customer. A place that works well and does not need to exaggerate. I will return.

Hmm.. I had big expectations on this place. We had the €80 tasting menue. The first couple of entrés was good. The primi was two VERY similar pasta, one shrimp and one lobster, very much the same taste. Rest was very good quality and great taste.
The biggest draw back was the young waitor who presented the food in poor english and was not able to explain when I asked curious follow up questions about tge food. He did also have a very bad body odour making all the servings an unpleasant experience. Very hot outside and no fans or AC.
The wine lists is extensive and the sommelier is very good.
Could make it to one star if the ambiance and quality of the waitors improves.

Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo ristorante e… non delude MAI.
Un’esplosione di sapori in bocca, una gentilezza continua da parte di ogni persona dello staff, ti senti proprio coccolato, ma senza troppa pressione.
La qualità del cibo è ottima, si sente che c’è passione in ogni portata. Anche quelle piccole fuori menu.
Ci è stato applicato lo sconto come riportato sulla prenotazione di the fork, senza averlo dovuto chiedere.
Da ritornare e ovviamente da consigliare a tutti! :)

Abbiamo scelto Alex ristorante enoteca come location dallo smartbox come regalo di compleanno. Personale super attento professionale e gentile. La nostra doveva essere una prenotazione per due per degustazione e pranzo ma sono stati tanto disponibili e attenti anche per i nostri due bambini. Abbiamo trascorso un pranzo in famiglia da ricordare.Piatti gourmet sofisticati e decorati alla perfezione con materie prime sceltissime dagli abbinamenti unici.
Piatti belli da mangiare e da guardare.
Una vastissima scelta nella carta dei vini sia italiani che europei.
Qualità prezzo buona anche se unico appunto secondo me il prezzo del caffè...un pó caruccio 5 euro.
