It cannot be defined as a simple dinner... but I would say more of a "sublime experience" of taste that envelops all the senses.
Professional and empathetic staff, stratospheric food, enveloping environment.

During the Epiphany weekend we went to the splendid Ortigia and booked in Alevante for a dinner... at first, looking at the menu, we were a little doubtful regarding the combination of some unusual ingredients on ironic dishes but then, we were almost speechless when faced with the goodness of the dishes chosen! Amazed and very satisfied, we thank the excellent chef and the very kind, courteous but above all patient staff in the dining room 😅
An unexpected surprise👏
We will definitely be back!

A spectacular dinner, first of all highly recommended for those who have problems with gluten and then an explosion of flavors that positively surprised us. Absolutely not to be missed is the red sauté of larded mussels and "cudduruni" which is not the usual hand-licking sauté. We also had the really good double-cooked octopus and the Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink, Etna buffalo stracciatella, egg cream and sea urchin pulp and I'll tell you how delicious it is. Truly not to be missed.

Prima sera in Sicilia e inizio col botto: aLevante è stato all'altezza di tutto il bene di cui ci avevano parlato e di cui avevamo letto.
Ambiente, servizio e cibo sono stati perfetti e aggiungiamoci anche il calore dell'accoglienza sia dei titolari che del personale di sala.
Se avremo la fortuna di tornare ad Ortigia, aLevante sarà di nuovo una tappa sicura.

Fantástica “joya oculta”🥰. Lugar encantador, gran menú, personal observador - ¿qué más se puede desear! ¡Este lugar habla por sí mismo de una manera sutil! Hay algo para todos, incluidos los niños. Este podría ser el mejor restaurante que visitamos durante nuestra semana en Sicilia!
