Found this little restaurant hidden down an alley, glad we chose here the meals were to die for, so delicious. Little expensive but do yourself a favour and don't go past it

I was at this restaurant in January and the wonderful memory of returning has remained. In this month of August, when chaos reigns supreme on Ortigia, this is an oasis of infinite taste, tranquility, excellent service, friendliness, and a seafront setting. We've been back twice because if you want to dine well with quality products, you have to come here. The quality and price are there, and I can guarantee it! I'll be back next time I visit this island.

An excellent restaurant, set away from the hustle and bustle of Ortigia, in a quiet little square. A very nice menu with original dishes and beautiful presentations. The service is excellent, very courteous and fast. We had a wonderful time.

I dined here with my boyfriend and we had such a great experience. The staff is well presented, very helpful, and knowledgeable. The service was absolutely great, and so was the food! Very positive note on the menu, wich offers a variety of great options included plenty of vegetarian options. We ordered a plate of grilled vegetables as a side dish, and even that was delicious and looked great! So if you are vegetarian, that's your place for sure. Finally, the owners of the restaurant were very friendly, and really cared about our experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortigia!

Wir suchen normale gute Pasta .. aber die Karte ist leider zu kreiert .. Zuviele Zutaten und Gerichte die nicht authentisch schmecken , Service ist sehr nett, Platz auch

22/04/2025: At Giuseppe and Alessandra you always eat well, whether sitting down for dinner or at Delivery. The higher than average price (food) justifies a service, a choice of raw materials, an attention proportionate to what is proposed. A painstaking and valid alternative to Catania for those who live between Lentini and Carlentini.
20/03/2025: Restaurant run by kids, but with a certain level of menu. Traditional dishes, but also refined ones (e.g. gnocchi with pumpkin cream, clams and black truffle). Good location, even with outdoor space, and fast and friendly service. I only came across it for lunch on weekdays, so I don't know if it's better to book, if in doubt I would. Parking without problems. Advised.

Locanda del Collegio

05/09/2025: These are not recent photos from a lunch I had with friends some time ago, but I must say that everything was perfect, from the fish to the wines, of which they have a wide selection.
02/09/2025: Fantastic experience! We went to Locanda Del Collegio without a reservation and had a wonderful meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service is prompt and efficient. The place is very charming and has both indoor and outdoor seating, and the background music is very pleasant. The menu is extensive and, despite its seafood focus, also includes meat dishes. The portions are generous, but still enjoyable.
