We dined at aLevante on the last evening of our week-long holiday in Ortigia and had a truly outstanding finale.
The food was exceptional and a unique experience. I've never eaten such delicious mussels before. The other dishes were also very tasty.
The service was very friendly and efficient.
We will definitely come back next time.

A very pretty terrace on the east side of Ortigia. Excellent food. The pistachio pesto is to die for. Simple, warm, and friendly service. Perfect for a January lunch :-)

This restaurant is a gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the portions are very generous, and the quality ingredients are carefully prepared and presented with a smile. I not only recommend this place, but I've also added it to my favorites!

A must-stop if you go to Ortigia, the food is absolutely spectacular, plentiful, delicious, and bursting with flavor. It's some of the best pasta I've had on my entire trip through Sicily. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate, 100% recommended (the carbonara is amazing, and yes, it has mussels, but order it, it's fantastic).

A truly special lunch at this seafood restaurant where everything was perfect: the food was exceptional, with the freshest ingredients and carefully crafted, tasty, and beautifully presented dishes. From the starters to the main courses, every course was a true delight.
A special thanks to Manuel, our waiter, who made the experience even more enjoyable. Kind, professional, and always attentive, he looked after us courteously and gave us excellent advice on both dishes and wine. His service was impeccable.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good seafood and a warm, attentive welcome. We'll definitely be back!
