I stumbled upon this place in the quieter old town of Bosa, and the ambiance is quite something (in an old, disused bakery – generously integrated with lots of glass and a view into the kitchen and the chef). Then, thanks to some friendly advice, the food arrived incredibly delicious; every bite was a delight. Fantastic, thank you for this culinary treat at a fair price.

The authentic Sardinian food at this restaurant was the best we ate during our entire Sardinian holiday. Unique dishes like cuttlefish pasta at very fair prices. Very friendly and fast service, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We only ate there twice – we would have loved to try everything on the Sardinian menu. A definite recommendation for Bosa!

A lovely little restaurant on a quiet street. We ate incredibly well! The suckling pig was excellent (though a bit small; a side dish would have been very welcome considering the price, as you'll definitely be hungry if you only order that), and the swordfish and shrimp skewers were superb. The tiramisu was excellent, and the cheesecake was quite good (but frozen; I don't know if that was intentional, but it lost some of its flavor). €60 for two, including coffee, water, and cover charge.

22/03/2026: Centrally located accommodation in a lively mountain village. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. My single room had a large, comfortable bed. The restaurant is also highly recommended, offering pizza, pasta, meat, and fish dishes. I would definitely stay there again.
06/03/2026: The helpfulness and courtesy of the owner, who is also the chef, make Bittu a safe haven for both locals and passers-by, who, like myself, always leave satisfied with the excellent cuisine and the very fair price. Recommended.

23/04/2026: The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant, with lovely decor. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes. The starters and main courses were excellent (beef tartare for the starter and mullet ravioli for the main). However, while the crème brûlée was certainly good, it had a rather runny texture. I would recommend the lemon tart instead, which was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
17/04/2026: Simply delicious, it has become a point of reference for my lunch breaks.
