The pasta was excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten. The appetizers all looked very inviting, too. We had the fried anchovies with sardine mayonnaise.
The staff was young and friendly.

It was great local, feel like a step back in time,the streets are alive with neighbors chatting, and this local spot is at the heart of it all. Warm atmosphere, friendly faces, and absolutely amazing food. We tried local pasta with calamari and absolutely delicious

Disappointing experience at Alducio al Panificio. No English menu, and the waiter didn’t write down our order – which led to mistakes. Instead of beef carpaccio, we got a breaded cheese that tasted frozen. Zucchini flowers were fine but forgettable. I also watched my main course sit on the kitchen counter for far too long before being served. Mains arrived warm but lacked flavor. Perhaps just an off night, but our visit didn’t live up to the positive reviews.

Three of us went to this restaurant for lunch on a Monday in mid-August, without a reservation but early (around 12 p.m.). The place filled up closer to 1 p.m., so reservations are recommended. We spent around €95 for a skate salad, a plate of paccheri pasta with squid ink and Bosana-style octopus (lightly smoked), a mixed fried fish platter, a bottle of still water and a bottle of EO, a local white wine, and a portion of roasted potatoes. The service was excellent, with the chef very attentive to the customer's requests. The food was delicious, especially the mixed fried fish, which was quite plentiful. The rest of the food was a bit salty for us, but perhaps that's just personal preference. Nice place.

We dined because, while strolling, we spotted the menu displayed outside. What convinced us were the fish dishes and the prices listed on the board.
The prices didn't match the menu provided at the table (more expensive than on the board), as did the food, since the owners believed that the menu included dishes not included in the daily menu.
We asked for the house wine as available on the menu, but unfortunately it was sold out.
It's a not very competitive approach to attract customers with lower prices and products that aren't actually available.
No complaints about the quality of the fish dishes we ate; they were very good.
A quiet and secluded location for meals where peace and conversation are sought among diners.

It is in a very intimate corner, the place is beautiful, the food I ordered some gnocchi with squid and although they were delicious, it was a bit salty, which prevented me from eating and enjoying it completely, otherwise it is a great place away from the hustle and bustle of the main street of Bosa

Good food, very pleasant and welcoming service in a pretty little quiet square away from the main street. We liked it so much that we had a light lunch there and returned in the evening to try other local dishes and wines.

The restaurant is located on a charming alleyway, nestled among some of Bosa's typical colorful houses, yet away from the noise and daily traffic. It's a peaceful place serving excellent food (generous portions, beautiful dishes, and delicious to eat). It's not one of the tourist traps you might find in the area, especially near the main street. Highly recommended!
