excellent dough, light and digestible, I know the sourdough starter because I use it too, I would like to understand which Alce Nero flour you use, wholemeal, type 2, type 1 etc, for such a good dough.

We went to this pizzeria because of its good reviews and it didn't disappoint. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I ordered the pumpkin and mushroom pizza because it seemed unusual, and it was a great choice. My friend ordered the Bolognese and was also very happy with it. I would definitely go back to try the rest of the pizzas.

Conveniently located for walking to the center of Bologna, you can indulge in appetizers and pizza.
They also offer other small, mostly healthy options.
The pizza was light and thin.
Very easy to digest.
The proverbial beer garden rounded out the dinner with complete satisfaction.
The place is simple, just the right amount of spartan.
A very pleasant option.

This was our first visit to this city, and we absolutely wanted to try a pizza we could fall in love with. The compositions are quite unusual, not all of them are known in Poland, but the dough and the whole composition are brilliant! Big compliments for the consistently high quality. The pizzeria's decor and location don't immediately reflect what you get on your plate – it was a wonderful experience. Thank you – we recommend it! :)
