Beautiful and magical place, a Tuscan balcony, with excellent wines and dishes made with local raw materials. The attention is very cordial. Without a doubt, the experience is highly recommended.

Definitely recommended! Daily menu with surprises, perfect view, kind service. Foods and vine are too delicious. Everything was amazing. Daniele is a great host.

Montefioralle was our first stop in Tuscany and man, there couldn’t have been a better choice than I’Desìo to take the local vibes all in. Beautiful scenery, warm hospitality and excellent food 👌 Highly recommended, easily among the top 3 experiences of our lives. Grazie mille! Laura & Andras P.S.: Daniele, I was right - you set the standard so high, despite many awesome memories, I’Desìo gave the best of Tuscany. Thank you again.

la location ed il cibo sono eccezionali. ma la cosa più bella è l’ospitalità di Alberto Daniele e Simone. siamo stati per un compleanno e loro sono stati parte della nostra festa. ci vediamo presto!

Questo ristorante gode di un ottima vista. Il personale competente, gentile e alla mano. Penso di non aver mai mangiato così bene, piatti a sopresa ogni giorno, porzioni giuste ma sopratutto la qualità. Una qualità pazzesca di prodotti freschi e produzione propria! È stato bellissimo, rilassante e piacevole! TORNEREMO PRESTO.

14/02/2025: This is THE BEST pizza I’ve ever had!!! I literally dream about in now. The owner is a food genius, the flavor combinations were amazing!! We got there right before they officially opened for lunch, we were able to sit and have a glass of wine while we watched the owner work, it was fascinating. I can’t even remember exactly what all the different combinations of ingredients there were, but trust me… they’re all good! Get the sampler where you get a small piece of each pizza! The owner and staff were awesome and attentive, even with the crowds starting to pour in. Helpful hint, get there right when they open because they get super busy!!
27/12/2024: You pay by the gram and it’s not a bad price at all! Great service. My favorite was The whole wheat crust is to die for. We will come back.

Varadero

17/03/2025: I visited Florence because it was close to my accommodation. It's not bad, but as others have said, it's not as good as the pasta of life. The lemon cream pasta was delicious, but wow, this wasn't it. The lobster pasta was plump, meaty, and delicious...but it was too salty...the girl who served me swiped it away as soon as I could eat it, so it was a little uncomfortable and burdensome. The tiramisu is so so so...you can just leave and clean it up...but if you come to Florence, it's worth a visit at least once!!
13/03/2025: A typical seaside trattoria. Cuban taste in the dishes and in the decorations of the room. The chef is friendly, good and welcoming. The two girls in the room carefully and cheerfully follow the customers at the tables. Excellent fish dishes, but there are also land options. Caribbean but also Mediterranean recipes: excellent pasta with clams. Low prices.
