The service was excellent — always with a smile and kindness. The staff gave us lots of helpful information and tips for our planned routes. Breakfast was nice, but nothing more than average. The rooms, however, are outdated and lack any interior design harmony — no sense of style or coordination. We were given a dark room with heavy, dark furniture, which made it unpleasant to stay in. Parking costs €10 per night. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay and wouldn’t return to this hotel.

We enjoyed a very pleasant evening with a lovely atmosphere and attentive service. We've eaten at several restaurants around Lake Como before, and this one was by far the most professional. The value for money is excellent. There's something for everyone.

A charming little hotel in a quiet location away from the crowds. The staff were friendly and attentive and made our stay perfect. We were celebrating a special anniversary and the staff were so easy to communicate with and enabled me to arrange flowers and wine for our arrival. The hot tub on the terrace was just perfect and ready for our arrival. The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to the ferry stop with easy access to all the beauty of Lake Como. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Welcoming place... friendly and professional staff... decent food, some flaws in the first courses... the orecchiette sauce needs to be revised...

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate – a nice start to the day. The parking spaces are a bit tight, especially at the entrance and exit, but I think that's quite normal in Italy. For €10 per night, you can park right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We stopped for one night, just passing through. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the room, the dinner in the restaurant. Highly recommended!
