We stayed at Ristorante Hotel La Vignetta in Cernobbio, and our experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home straight away. A special mention goes to the owner, who kindly picked us up from the train station in his own car at 10 PM, free of charge. This level of hospitality was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such scenery made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como and looking for a warm, authentic, and memorable experience.

Very friendly welcome. The rooms are very clean. We had a lovely side view of the lake with a small balcony. Everything was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced, with a very large portion and excellent quality. The house wine was also very good. The breakfast buffet offers a very good selection. Again, the service was excellent. The lakeside promenade and the town center are just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is available. As a parting gift, we received a small tote bag with snacks. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

A wonderful Turkish establishment in a beautiful location, with spacious, comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast, a warm welcome, pleasant conversation, and very helpful support from Önder and his mother, Seher. It has become my go-to accommodation in Como from now on, and I highly recommend it.

I dined at this restaurant without a reservation. Excellent seafood dinner. Fairly priced compared to the local average, excellent. Definitely worth a try! Look for it because it's in a hidden location.

A warm and wonderful welcome! An ideal location! Parking available, and everything is within walking distance! Very clean! Perfect breakfast! They made us a small omelet and freshly squeezed orange juice! Thank you so much, and we absolutely recommend it!

We went to La Vignetta to celebrate our wedding, and well, what can I say? They added a touch of magic to the whole party. Impeccable service, with an attention to detail that's rare. The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive, yet never losing that touch of warmth and humanity that sets the management apart. My husband and I stayed for the night, and the room was spotless and modern. They were truly excellent! I'd recommend this place with all my heart! We'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: We had lunch; the first courses were excellent, including pizzoccheri and rice with sweetbreads, and a special mention for the pasta with butter, tartare, and truffle. The meat was definitely top-notch, incredibly tender (perhaps a bit pricey!), paired with the potatoes. The house red wine was good. The desserts were also excellent, including the trio of homemade ice creams and the pear and chocolate tart. The only downside is the room temperature, which, with the door open, despite the stove being on, feels a bit chilly, especially for the elderly. The price was reasonable, excluding the cost of the meat! A little more empathy for the cashier, compared to the two owners, would have been appreciated. A recommended experience nonetheless.

28/12/2025: Our second visit but the 1st was a group event so we came back for the views and atmosphere. This time we got to taste the food properly. It is an excellent venue, exceptional views of the lake, with discrete, professional and knowledgeable service. We shall certainly be back.
26/12/2025: Christmas lunch 🎄 with two friends. A magical place with well-spaced tables, so you eat right by the water's edge, the lake soaking in. Very efficient and friendly staff. The sommelier was thorough, attentive, and professional. I never had to pour myself wine or call for one. Excellent food. All the dishes we tasted were meticulously prepared, balanced, and made with excellent ingredients. Highly recommended.
