Albergo Ristorante Vapore In Torno

This is a review for the beautiful restaurant at Hotel Vapore. We did not stay at the hotel, but we came here to have dinner on our first night in Torno. The lakeside terrace offers amazing views and creates a beautiful atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive . We felt well cared for and had a really great experience. Highly recommend! Thank you

Very pleasant hotel on the lakeside next to the small port of Torno. Very friendly and helpful team. Excellent restaurant with shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. Refined cuisine, impeccable service. Quality services and reasonable prices.

Our favorite restaurant on the lake. The view is absolutely unbeatable, and the food was amazing. My favorites were the Zander (from the lake) and the eggplant parmigiana ravioli. The staff are super friendly, gave perfect recommendations for wine pairings and were so attentive, I never even filled my own glass. They are seriously so sweet. I can’t wait to be back.

Too bad for the disappointing service… they sell you ripasso Della Valpolicella for a good Tuscan wine at a price 3 times higher…. A shame for Italy and especially for taking its customers for pigeons because I mentioned the error several times and no one came to apologize or change the price or wine error. A real scam knowing the price paid for this Valpolicella... outrageous especially since I paid just to find out if they were going to be honest... which was not the case... hence the negative review! Apart from the view - choose the Belvedere opposite more honest and welcoming! PS: indeed a communication problem I suppose and it's a shame because we would have appreciated someone responding to us when we pointed out twice that the wine was not a Tuscan… as lovers of Italian wines and frequent travelers. 'Italy this had never happened! Thank you to the owner for his response, it is proof that there is indeed customer support.

Best location directly on the lake. The hotel is very nice. The restaurant is good. Our room was very old-fashioned, but clean. Tip: find out about parking in advance. There is a hotel parking lot, but it is not visible. Just give them a call. The staff are very polite and helpful.

My parents , my husband and I visited as a second time after the pandemic. The hotel has 5 star quality and friendly professional service. From the moment we stepped in until we leave we had a great experience. Begum, Osman Ali Hacer they are all became part of our family in Como. My parents calls the place as heaven. I would recommend this hotel and restaurant 100%. Thank you all 😍👍👍👍
