Place located in the center of the town, kind staff, excellent dishes of typical cuisine of the area and with super abundant courses, highly recommended

This is a great place to stay while hiking along the Via Francigena. The hotel is charming, with interesting decorations, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is also excellent. The location is great for a hiker, close to the historic centre of town. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we had to end our Italian vacation early due to a car breakdown. A nice employee at a regional car repair shop kindly recommended the accommodation to us and reserved an overnight stay there for us. Very friendly and uncomplicated owners. Rooms were rustic but well-kept and absolutely satisfactory. The restaurant that belongs to the guesthouse is highly recommended, molto bene! 🤌🏼🇮🇹

It is a perfect place for those who need a logistical base, basic rooms, but equipped with TV and bathroom with shower... the restaurant service is certainly top... honest prices more than in line with the standards offered +++

Old-fashioned hotel in its original state. Location located near the railway (noisy day and night). Expensive restaurant compared to the quality of the dishes. Not great.

Historic hotel in Villafranca, clean and welcoming rooms. The bathroom is small, but it's okay. There is no air conditioning, but an excellent ceiling fan, which did its job. We slept well at night. Unfortunately it doesn't offer breakfast, but there is a nice bar nearby so no problem. Personally I had a good time, I think I will return.

We tried their very typical restaurant and lovely people. Very clean establishments and we ate really well!! And most of the dishes are homemade.
