Booked not even a week before without having been recommended to me by anyone but found on Booking, impeccable service in everything, excellent cuisine, all the helpful, polite and above all friendly staff.
Both the rooms and other areas are clean and tidy.
The respect for traditions stands out with great clarity, accompanied by a continuous search for renewal.
Fantastic and convenient location close to all amenities.

We ate at this restaurant on the summit of Mount Amiata. Refined but familiar atmosphere, abundant, traditional and very good dishes, normal prices. Very positive experience.
