One of the certainties of Lunigiana's restaurant scene, you can never go wrong eating here: excellent appetizers and first courses, and fabulous meat!

Had lunch and dinner several times with the family, excellent cuisine and refined wines. Porcini mushrooms reign supreme (I've never seen such a variety of dishes) when it's in season, and meats... The friendly and gruff owner took me on a tour of the kitchen last time... 🍄‍🟫 🍷🍄‍🟫Recommended

Very good restaurant lost in a small Italian village, it is worth the detour especially for its matured meat and its pasta cooked in parmesan and the prices are reasonable. Very good food!

Excellent as always. A now "historic" place where you eat very well and with a remarkable cellar. Then in summer it's wonderful to have dinner by the pool...Roberto the owner is a legend!

Relaxing atmosphere, you can eat under a pergola in a magical atmosphere overlooking the pool, and the food is divine, the meat is delicious and cuts like butter. And many other dishes worthy of a refined palate. Kind and always cheerful staff, what can I say? Top!!!

Ottima esperienza in un giorno molto affollato, il 1° maggio! Ottimo il cibo ed anche il servizio. Per antipasto tartare strepitosa con burrata e maionese alla senape. Tonarelli con guanciale serviti in una forma di pecorino. Agnello di Zeri ben fritto e carne alla brace buona. Prezzo giusto.

Tappa obbligatoria se si vuole mangiare bene!!! Prodotti di alta qualità ma semplici( il contorno di carciofi fritti era semplicemente spaziale!!!) ma la cosa degna di nota è stata l'attenzione dei camerieri! Nonostante il locale fosse pieno ci hanno sempre tenuto in considerazione. Gentilezza e professionalità Consiglio di prenotare!!!

08/08/2025: For the first time I cried from the taste of pasta with truffle. It was divine! Words cannot describe these emotions! We ordered 1 dish from each section, a charming waitress who spoke English helped us with our choice. All three dishes were excellent! The cuts were one tastier than the other, the zucchini flowers in batter had a very soft and rich pleasant taste. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the wine went perfectly! The inside of the restaurant is very cozy! When they brought us the bill for 55 €, it seemed very inexpensive to us, we decided to leave 70 €. Only later in the photo I noticed that they did not include desserts (tiramisu and apple pie) and coffee. I really hope that what we left covered the additional costs, if not, we will definitely transfer the missing amount to your account. Thank you very much for such emotions from your dishes. We have not eaten so deliciously for a very long time. Chef - you are cool! By the way, the coffee was also very tasty! We did not regret that we happened to be passing through! Now we will definitely come back!

You don't come here just to eat well—and you eat very well indeed—but to enjoy a complete experience filled with friendliness, warmth, and attention to every detail. From the highly trained staff to the dishes served, everything is crafted with love: fresh and authentic ingredients, impeccable presentation, and flavors that reflect the region. Each course is a small journey through traditional aromas and flavors, but with that extra touch that makes the meal unforgettable. Finding a place where you feel welcomed like a friend is not easy, and that's why Montagna Verde is unique. It's the restaurant where you leave wanting to return as soon as possible.
12/08/2025: We had lunch, and even though the location is a bit out of the way, it's absolutely worth it! The staff are always friendly and smiling; the location is beautiful, well-equipped, and breezy, perfect even for summer. The dishes are authentic, locally sourced, and mostly organic. The desserts and ice cream are all homemade: out of this world. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend making a reservation; we went on a Tuesday and it was very busy!
