Simple and informal atmosphere, very attentive and fast service. Excellent and generous dishes, very tender cuts of beef with unique combinations, and the first course of sfacciati (fried pork shoulder) was truly delicious! Highly recommended.

The restaurant is located very close to the center of Sarnano and is also a hotel. Parking is easy to find nearby. The interior and exterior aren't immediately striking, but once you order and start eating the dishes on the menu, you discover a whole new world of flavor and quality. The meat-based first and second courses are excellent, and the vegetable side dishes are also delicious. Service is courteous and prompt. Prices are reasonable for the location and the menu.
