Great garden, delicious food and wine.

Like a lot of my restaurant reviews, this one is dependent on how they handled my son's food allergies. In this case, they were great. Ended up eating here twice, with and without my son, and loved it both times. Everyone was friendly, the food was delicious, and it's tucked away enough to allow you to slow down for a little while and enjoy your food and company. Highly recommended.

Entering this family-run restaurant is like taking a dive into memories, in a place where the food is prepared with love and dedication. The classic furnishings combine the rustic with the refined, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are surrounded by the inviting scent that comes from the kitchen, where everything is prepared at home, from fresh bread to delicious desserts. The true heart of the restaurant is the magnificent private garden. Despite the high summer temperatures, the garden offers unexpected coolness, with lush plants and vine-covered pergolas that create natural shade. Sitting here is a relaxing experience: guests are welcomed with a delicious homemade caponata, accompanied by freshly baked and still warm bread. The menu is a journey through the authentic flavors of Venetian cuisine. As a first course, we chose spaghetti with seven fish and a peppered mussel dish, both exceptionally good and presented with care. To conclude, a generous portion of mixed fried food, perfect for two people. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can perceive the love and passion for the culinary roots of tradition. A separate mention goes to the staff, extremely kind and always available for any need, which contributes to making the atmosphere even more pleasant and familiar. In summary, this trattoria is a welcoming refuge where the quality of the food and the family atmosphere make it a special place, far from the hustle and bustle of tourist restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to have an authentic culinary experience and feel at home.

Very pleasant interior garden. The kitchen is perfect. The cooking is top notch! The octopus and veal fillet are tasty :) Recommended+++

Wonderful atmosphere and food was delicious! Loved the garden seating and service was great. Best aperol spritz I have had our whole trip and eggplant ravioli were delicious. Would highly recommend ❤️

We just got done with a 2.5 week trip throughout Italy. This restaurant was the best place we've eaten at so far! The restaurant is family run. You can tell they care about making good food and helping people have a nice evening

Very good food but portions a little small compared to what you paid, the environment is very nice with a very comfortable internal garden, the service we received, unfortunately, was very indifferent, it may also have been a bad evening , I won't deny it, however it is certainly not a place to discard and it is worth trying again.

Es gibt im Castello einige sehr gute und besonders viele schlechte Restaurants. Das Aveo Portal gehört absolut zu den besseren. Wir haben dieses kleine Lokal mit wunderhübschen Innenhof per Zufall am vorbeilaufen entdeckt. Die Speisekarte bietet eine typisch venezianische Küche. Zum Beispiel war das Vorspeisen, Tagesgericht gegrillte Cannocche. der Geschmack war ganz hervorragend innen saftig und außen knusprig gegrillt. Wir haben dann ebenfalls von der Tageskarte zwei verschiedene Nudelgerichte probiert, einmal einmal Ravioli mit Fischfüllung und ganz feiner Tomatensoße und einmal grobe Spaghetti mit Pilzen und Gewürzen. Beide Gerichte überzeugten durch ihren sauberen und intensiven Geschmack. Die Nachspeisen Karte bietet acht verschiedene im Haus gemachte Nachspeisen an. Besonders hervorstechen, dass semi Fredo aus Mandeln und ein Tiramisu mit Erdbeeren. Das sie mit Fredo war sicher das Beste, dass ich seit langem gegessen habe. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant mitten in Venedig.
