Very popular place, and for good reason, we asked if it was possible to have dinner, even though the place was full after a few minutes of waiting the seats were free, the food was really excellent, I was looking for typical dishes, excellent service, a characteristic and well-kept environment, I felt really at ease, for a very small error in the service the staff apologized 3 times 😄, what can I say, kinder and more gracious than that, they even stayed to chat while I paid the bill having pointed out to a girl of the staff the astonishing resemblance to an acquaintance of mine in the Marche 😄, you feel welcomed even like this, truly a beautiful memory of my last day in the city.

We really wanted to eat risotto. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible – you have to pre-order it. However, we were served fregola with seafood, which was absolutely delicious. The service was also great, friendly and not at all intrusive.

It was a wonderful experience. We were very happy to eat so well at Al Vecchio Mulino; the mussels were fresh, large, and delicious. The staff provided excellent service. Special thanks to Signora Assunta for her attention to every detail. I deeply respect her for the care she gives to all her restaurant's customers. We noticed that many of these customers were regulars. We decided to return for dinner a second day, especially because my son, a pizza expert, said that in his three years in Italy, he had never eaten such a delicious pizza diavolo. The staff and Signora Assunta also arranged for us to have a cake and candles for our double birthday with my son ♥️ thank you so much.

The best restaurant in Sardinia: excellent value for money, the staff couldn't have been friendlier, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. They're great with the kids.

I recommend making a reservation because it's always full, and if you arrive with little time, they'll no longer serve pasta, only pizza. We went back two nights; we were struck by the price difference compared to Olbia. The food was quite good, both the pasta and the pizzas. I recommend it.

A very popular restaurant. Booking essential. We booked late and had a table in a small room next to the bar. It was okay. Service was friendly and efficient. We had the pulpo with celery for starters (good but not exceptional) and the fried sardines which were great! The tagliata di manzo for mains was very good. Overall a very good restaurant but we did feel more like a number than a valued customer..

Comimos aquí 2 de nuestras 3 noches en Alghero, ya que nos encantó la comida, el ambiente y el personal encantador. Los precios eran baratos también, así que era la mezcla perfecta! La primera noche probamos el jamón Melon & Parma, pizzas, tiramisú y vino blanco local a 13€ el litro! Segunda visita elegimos el mismo vino! , lasaña & pasta con jamón, tomate & seta seguido de un desierto de Cerdeña con queso & miel. Cada pieza de comida que probamos era absolutamente delicioso. Ambas comidas eran de alrededor de € 50 - 60 para 2 de nosotros. A pesar de que nuestro italiano era pobre el personal logró tratarnos tan bien y fue muy acogedor. Es un lugar muy muy concurrido, así que reserve o venga a las 6. 30 pm cuando se abre para conseguir una mesa. Solo está abierto por la noche y no tiene reserva en línea, por lo que es difícil reservar como visitante.
