We stayed at Villa Liberty for 3 nights and used the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I can say that the high quality of the food here is overshadowed by the kindness and hospitality of the staff we encountered. Everyone was very friendly and attentive! A sincere thank you to everyone!

A guaranteed way to enjoy traditional Tuscan dishes made with top-quality ingredients. Among the first courses, don't miss the tagliolini with truffle and pappardelle with wild boar. Service is fast and attentive. I recommend booking in advance on holidays.

The atmosphere is rustic but reflects the history of the place. The truffles are excellent, but some dishes don't really showcase them, overpowered by other condiments and flavors. It's a shame. I would remove or modify a few tourist-attractive dishes. The prices are very high, so it's not a trattoria. So, don't expect to pay too much. Overall, given the location and the history of the place, it's worth a try. They also sell local products. Very good olive oil at incredibly high prices.

A typical Tuscan trattoria serving refined, high-quality dishes. We enjoyed the grain and legume soup, the tagliatelle and pappardelle, the sautéed vegetables, the vegetable flan with pecorino fondue, and the tartare. Finally, the ricotta compote with amaretti biscuits, almonds, and pine nuts... a real treat. Total price with a bottle of Sangiovese: €129. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and comfortable Tuscan trattoria in the quaint village of San Quirico d'Orcia.
The extensive menu features traditional Tuscan dishes with additions of more modern, flavorful dishes. The wine list is interesting and offers good value. During the warmer months, the garden is a definite plus.

Abbiamo scelto per caso questo ristorante,attratti dal giardino esterno in un borgo meraviglioso. Personale gentile,sorridente e disponibile. Fegatini buonissimi (a me il fegato non piace di solito) , pappa al pomodoro ottima e le tagliatelle cacio e pepe perfette. Ottimo vino locale e serata piacevolissima. Vorremmo tornarci
