The menu certainly isn't very varied, but in the case of fish, that's not a flaw for me: the raw fish appetizer and the cooked fish appetizer were both delicious and refined. Then we had their delicious shellfish spaghetti. More than enough to leave us very satisfied. The price isn't cheap, but it's fair for the quality of the products.

The waitress, Gaia, deserves a 5-star rating, not just for me but also when watching other tables. She's always smiling and very friendly. The owner is sullen, unsmiling, and unpleasant. Compared to the previous management (Alle Mura), we haven't reached the quality we were used to at this establishment. It's a shame, because the waitress, Gaia, deserves it for her service and friendliness.

08/05/2026: The atmosphere is elegant but also great for business lunches. The pizza is excellent and light.
13/04/2026: The pizza is always excellent. I can even eat the crust, which is always as crispy as a breadstick. The first courses and meat dishes are also always top-notch. The atmosphere is very intimate and usually quiet, especially in the smaller rooms. I definitely recommend it.

05/07/2026: Trattoria located at the foot of Collalto Castle. Excellent home cooking. Also offers a set lunch menu.
26/05/2026: I ate less, because I had frozen cutlets. The red turnips, which I ate as a packaged side dish. You didn't make the Matriciana pasta yourself, but they tossed it over the tomato sauce. It's covered in spicy salami. I feel sorry for them, but not really. And what a deal. Asking how I got it, it cost me 17 euros, it's not worth anything.
