Al Torchio In Carimate

Elegant venue, attentive and professional staff, excellent quality food and preparation. It is right in the Carimate Castle square, easy to find parking within a distance of 300 metres. I had lunch with the work menu which includes two courses with a choice of starter, first course and second course, with a cost that is definitely in line for quality/price. I chose salmon as a starter and swordfish and courgettes as a second course but I could have ordered everything because the dishes were very inviting. Advised!

Beautiful setting (in front of the Carimate castle), well-kept and welcoming place. Truly excellent dishes and a great Paolo in the dining room who makes you feel at home.

Everything was exceptional, from the starter to the dessert! Precise but not intrusive service, a more than welcoming environment. We will definitely be back!

We celebrated the baptism of our son Al Torchio. We had a great time, welcomed very well and pampered until the end. All our requests were satisfied, even last second, demonstrating maximum availability. Thanks to Simona and Paolo, who together with the restaurant staff, we will be happy to meet again on future occasions!

Super food and top location. We were there for a baptism and everything was delicious. Even our 9 month old baby loved everything. Congratulations and we will be back for sure!

We decided to celebrate our son's baptism at Al Torchio and I must say that it was an excellent choice! We opted for a reinforced aperitif which consists of a series of courses that act as an aperitif, followed by a main course which in our case was a risotto; all the courses were carefully prepared and each of them was really good! The quantities were abundant and there was no shortage of wine either, on the contrary! The staff and owners were very nice and helpful, without being intrusive, they made us feel at ease throughout the evening! Last note: it's wonderful to arrive at the place with the Carimate castle as its backdrop and the internal environment is very welcoming!! Highly recommended!!

The intimate, refined but rustic environment. The gourmet but traditional cuisine risottos cut in the oven but served with elegance.

Abbiamo scelto questo magnifico ristorante per il battesimo di nostro figlio. Noi e tutti gli ospiti siamo rimansti stupefatti dalla bontà dei piatti e dal servizio impeccabile. Gentilezza, professionalità, cibo eccellente unitamente al contesto stupendo in cui sorge il ristorante, ci fanno consigliare questa location a chiunque voglia concedersi un'esperienza davvero unica. Sugeritissimo.
