Al Ritrovo In Negrar

Had an improvised dinner here with the family and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The service was superb and I had an out of this world pasta with truffle. You gotta try it! Thank you Al Ritrovo hope to see you again soon 🌹

Second time at this restaurant and it always lived up to my expectations. Characteristic and clean environment, excellent and plentiful food. The dishes are presented with attention to detail and it seems that nothing is left to chance. The staff is always very kind and prepared. Alessandra, in particular, has a smile that welcomes you like a warm hug. I recommend booking.

I ask what wines they have in the tap and they tell me Valpolicella, Valpolicella Superiore and Valpolicella Ripasso. I would order 2 glasses of Valpolicella Superiore because we wouldn't have finished a whole bottle. The waiter is kind enough to tell us that he can pour half a liter of Valpolicella Superiore into a carafe and so I gladly accept. Having tasted the wine I realized that it was not superior Valpolicella but classic so I asked for explanations (I am a sommelier). It seems like their mistake... It's a shame that the Valpolicella Superiore is listed on the receipt. When I arrive to pay I point it out to the cashier who, without looking me in the face and without apologizing, gives me the debit card to pay. Steak ordered rare and arrived raw, white chocolate mousse probably industrial. The wild boar ragù and tomato gnocchi are good. Overall I would look for another place to eat and with regret because the place is really nice.

Beautiful venue, with a whirlwind of retro environments and tools. We ate well without spending too much. The last evening here in Negrar deserved to be spent here. Nice place, good food. Amarone risotto for me and fried fish for my wife. Water, a glass of refreshment and a coffee. Quoto!

Pranzo con famigliari. Bel posto. Rustico e accogliente. Buona la varietà del menù. Buona la qualità dei piatti sia le pizze che quelli di cucina. Buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Merita però una menzione il servizio (per il quale do un voto in più) i ragazzi molto gentili e disponibili, premurosi senza essere asfissianti, veramente… top! Questa era la seconda esperienza qui al Ritrovo… sebbene nei dintorni ci siano parecchi buoni locali… lo consigliamo e ci torneremo!
