A sublime expression of undisputed professionalism in every area: Reception, Kitchen, and Dining Room. Starting from the entrance, where the welcome is greeted with an old-fashioned rigor, and continuing into the Dining Room, with its perfect furnishings and table settings, Maître d', Sommelier, and staff. Then comes the food, fabulous, accompanied by a nearly infinite wine cellar. As an old advert used to say...there are many stars...millions upon millions...but Il Porto and its staff deserve so many more. Thank you all.

Restaurant located in the port of Viareggio with a stunning view. You can see all the boats docked. Excellent, delicate food. Friendly and knowledgeable waiters. They recommended our meals, and everything was excellent. The price is reasonable for the location.

Elegant and luxurious atmosphere, attentive and professional service. The only flaw is the cuisine, perhaps geared towards a foreign audience. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes are excellent, but there are some fundamental flaws you wouldn't expect in a restaurant of this caliber. P.S. I may have been unlucky and had the chef having a bad day. I'll be back to change my mind.

Our favorite dinner spot in Viareggio. We came here last year and loved it so had to return again this year. Lovely fresh seafood, excellent hospitality and they have an incredible wine list.

Two unforgettable occasions made even more special We chose Ristorante Il Porto in Viareggio for two truly important moments for us: first, to celebrate our anniversary, and then for an even more unique occasion: choosing the name of our future daughter. We couldn't have asked for a better setting! Even with a small mix-up, the staff managed everything flawlessly, demonstrating great professionalism and attention to detail. We particularly appreciate the freshness of the ingredients and the sophistication of the recipes: every dish was a feast for the eyes and the palate, with authentic and beautifully showcased flavors. A restaurant that stands out not only for the quality of its cuisine, but also for its warm atmosphere and impeccable service. We'll definitely be back!

We were very late for our reservation due to an accident on the autostrada. The service was gracious, kind and prompt. I own and am Chef of a fish restaurant on Lake Michigan in Indiana Dunes in the USA 🇺🇸 (Fish Camp) and I can attest that everything was fresh and perfect.
