A good restaurant in the quiet Piazza Salvatore di Giacomo, in the Posillipo neighborhood. The quality of the ingredients is good (but be aware that some products are frozen), and the preparation of the dishes is equally excellent. In short, if you're looking for a good-quality restaurant where you can eat as if you were at home and without too many expectations, Al Poeta is the right choice.

I believe that tradition should be respected, but only if it doesn't make everything cloying. Let me explain: the usual comfortable atmosphere and friendly service can't prevent a little bit of renewal, which is needed, especially in the kitchen.

We had lunch today I have to compliment the chef for everything from the seafood appetizers, spaghetti with clams, roast swordfish and very fresh prawns to finish with the excellent desserts. Fast service despite the crowds. Average high bill but that's considering that we ate fish. Compliments

13/10/2025: A truly beautiful location with a select atmosphere. The service is excellent, even for events—I've celebrated several birthdays there—and the value for money is excellent! They have a very large terrace, perfect for spending hours in company. The manager is very professional and knowledgeable, and can advise you on your needs if you're planning an event. I highly recommend this lounge bar.

23/06/2025: We celebrated our wedding here and what can I say... we received attention from the beginning to the end of the ceremony. Stupendous villa, of unparalleled elegance and refinement. The Director Sabatino and the owner Carolina with all the staff reserved us a constant presence from the very beginning, all coordinated to perfection, in order to guarantee the perfect success of the event. Thanks again for everything.
