Al Piattello In Pisa

Very well-kept place, large parking lot, nice welcome, polite and friendly staff, clean...

If you're Thai, you should definitely come to this restaurant. It's better to eat here than in the city. There's ample parking, and the food is very inexpensive. Plates are 10-13 euros, and the portions are large enough to fill you up. It's not too crowded. All in all, it was just 44 euros.

Fantastic Tuscan seafood restaurant outside of Pisa. The food was outstanding, so was the service and atmosphere. We had a fritto misto of calamari and shrimp, a seafood pasta, salad and roasted potatoes. Everything was perfect. Prices are reasonable, about what you would expect for the Tuscan countryside. We will be back to sample mire of the menu later!

We were passing through and at the last minute I saw the restaurant sign, and before getting on the highway we decided to have lunch. It was an excellent choice. It's a place next to the clay pigeon shooting range that offers seafood and meat specialties, and if it's in season, porcini mushrooms, as we found. In fact, we ate meat and porcini mushrooms. If we're in the area next time, we'll definitely stop by.

My wife had tuna, and I had a steak. The steak was amazing, and the tuna melted in your mouth. Excellent! It's a shame we only have one day in Pisa.

The restaurant is good. We had the €20 seafood menu, which I highly recommend. There's also a business lunch menu for €13. Both include water, wine, and coffee. The seafood menu consists of several appetizer courses and a hearty seafood pasta dish. The atmosphere is lovely, although being in front of shooters must not be particularly pleasant, but you obviously know what you're getting.

It could use some updating, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the excellent food make up for this small flaw. Definitely OK.

A typical place of its kind, the fish was good and the service was fast and attentive, I will return.

Non capita spesso di trovare un Ristorante che soddisfa al 100% le proprie aspettative... in 40 di lavoro trascorsi in giro per l'Italia, da nord a sud, mi è capitato qualche volta ma nella mia città mai fin quando un bel giorno sono capitato al Ristorante "La Grande Rustuchella" di Francesco Pinto e da quel momento non ho più avuto incertezze. Cucina Napoletana DOCG. Il pesce è strepitoso, la carne di altissima qualità... per non parlare della pizza. I dolci arrivano ogni giorno freschissimi direttamente da Napoli... non mi chiedete come sia possibile ma vi assicuro che è così. Unico problema è che devi prenotare perché è sempre pieno. Ci sarà un motivo no? Ma il problema è presto risolto, basta prenotare al Ristorante "Al Piattello" sempre a Pisa, lungo la Via Aurelia... e lì troverai oltre alla stessa identica linea di cucina, anche un ambiente elegante, raffinato, riservato e ben gestito dal suo personale. Duilio (il responsabile di sala) ti accoglie con estrema attenzione trasformando una normale cena in una serata indimenticabile. Il proprietario è sempre lui, Francesco Pino e la sua direzione non sbaglia un colpo... non a caso è il ristorante adiacente il poligono di tiro. Il Pesce (con la P MAIUSCOLA), buon vino, ambiente riservato e climatizzato. Ve lo consiglio. Provare per Credere.
