"Al Pesce D'Oro" In Amalfi

The place is great. Polite girl at the reception, we had difficulties with how to get from Naples, contacted the hotel and they were ready to help us and not leave us to our fate. When we arrived, we went out to the parking lot at 30m, we were met. The room has a good view, and overall is neat. There is a restaurant downstairs (and quite a good one) and this is a huge plus. Breakfast is included, also a big plus. I also want to note the common areas for recreation, there are sun loungers, tables and lemon trees.

I won't return because it's not my type of hotel. It's right on the road. The breakfast is excellent, and the terrace with the garden is very pretty.

We spent four days between Positano and Amalfi, and out of all the amazing places we tried, this restaurant stood out so much that we came back twice and would have returned again if we had more time! The food was absolutely incredible, full of flavor, and clearly made with love. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. Valentino took such great care of us - warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made us feel at home from the moment we sat down. We’ll absolutely be back next year, for the food and people like Valentino, are what make a trip truly special. Highly, highly recommended!

A very nice room with a stunning sea view. A hearty breakfast with freshly made egg dishes. Since the location is somewhat remote, we were grateful to have Pasquale as our reliable private chauffeur. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but reasonably priced. Overall, a highly recommended location.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in the area, with exquisite cuisine and a beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast. The service was of a very high standard, with polite and well-mannered staff. The handmade pasta stole our hearts. If we ever return to Amalfi, we will definitely visit this restaurant again. We highly recommend it to everyone! Also very child-friendly. Ciao!

Già stata nel 2021, ci sono tornata sperando che tutto fosse rimasto come allora. E per fortuna anche meglio! Il cibo ottimo fresco di qualità preparato in maniera eccellente. I due ragazzi in sala gentili cordiali e cortesi. La titolare una persona squisita. Porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi che possono sì sembrare alti, ma in rapporto alla qualità di tutto vanno più che bene. Per noi, che non è la prima volta in costiera, questo posto resta il migliore. Lo consiglieremo e ci torneremo. Hanno davvero cura e amore per i clienti. Un plauso anche alla struttura ricettiva soprastante con Lo stesso nome.

Already been in 2021, I went back hoping that everything had remained as it was then. And luckily even better! The food was excellent, fresh, quality, prepared in an excellent way. The two guys in the dining room were kind, friendly and courteous. The owner was an exquisite person. Generous portions. Prices that may seem high, but in relation to the quality of everything, they are more than fine. For us, which is not the first time on the coast, this place remains the best. We will recommend it and we will return. They really care and love their customers. A round of applause also goes to the accommodation facility above with the same name. Managed by Imma's cousins, the owner of the restaurant. Alessio, his mother and his partner are exquisite, friendly, kind people and they care that everything goes as well as possible. We had a really good time. The rooms were clean, comfortable and with a breathtaking view. Breakfast served abundant, sweet and savory. Everything was delicious, everything went for the best. No estoy seguro de si es un destino, pero si te alojas cerca de Amalfi, es fantástico. Excelente pescado y el servicio fue genial.
