A true gem in Livigno. Persief is a restaurant that captivates from the first moment with its cozy and intimate atmosphere, just six tables for service that is meticulously curated and never distracting.
The dishes are a surprising journey: radiant and bold flavors, showcasing the finest ingredients with original yet balanced pairings. The menu offers three different tasting menus, each with its own distinct identity. We chose to pair them with a truly excellent wine tasting, perfectly balanced with each course.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable: unpretentious, yet extremely professional. You feel welcomed naturally, like at home, yet pampered with a level of care that only great restaurants can offer.
A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended to anyone seeking something unique in Livigno.

A friendly and attentive welcome, a warm and cozy place, the open kitchen in which the chefs work "together", a classy but friendly service. And the discovery of the dishes is each time a taste surprise with local products for the most part, a story behind the dishes and perfect creativity. We just wonder when the Michelin guide will finally award a star to this chef and his team because everything is there for it! 🤞 see you soon and thank you for this good time as every time you come to your place

The restaurant, located within a hotel, stands out for its intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The option of dining with the kitchen open to view contributes to an engaging culinary experience. The service is impeccable, and the quality of the dishes is generally high, with the exception of the "Noi Bambini e Achille" starter, which could benefit from some improvement.
The "Livigno 55/50" dessert is sublime.
The wine selection is good, but I would suggest carefully considering the two reds: the first, a French wine, is excellent, while the second could use a bit more revision.
The 2008 Sauternes is perhaps too sweet.
Despite the overall quality, I am not awarding a fifth star because the final price is excessive for a restaurant aiming for a Michelin star but has not yet achieved one.

A simply divine experience, a relaxing, professional, and clean environment. I was enchanted by the quality of the service and the dishes offered.
I'd definitely return for a special occasion, and not just that; it deserves a star.
The space doesn't have many tables, which makes the atmosphere more special, and the service is more customer-focused. Compliments to all the staff, impeccable!

My girlfriend and I were here for our anniversary (for which we were given a lovely gift). Needless to say, we were pampered from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the chef's dishes, besides being an explosion of flavors, also tell a story. Thank you.

Su consiglio di un amico abbiamo deciso di visitare questo ristorante. Abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione Linfa: tutte le portate ci hanno soddisfatto, nota particolare per i ditalini di farro e la wellington di coniglio!
Alla nostra bambina è stato servito un menu baby e il personale si è premurato di portarle colori e disegni.

Abbiamo cenato Al Persef durante il nostro soggiorno all’Hotel Sporting. La nostra esperienza complessiva è stata eccellente. Abbiamo optato per il menù di quattro portate a mano libera dello chef. La cucina è sicuramente di alto livello; i piatti sono molto curati e concreti. Lo spaghettone davvero eccezionale, così come il Wellington. L’ambiente è accogliente e piacevolmente raccolto con pochi tavoli e cucina a vista. Abbiamo trovato il personale di sala molto puntuale e preparato sia nella presentazione dei piatti sia nel servizio del vino. La carta dei vini è completa con tante proposte interessanti. Torneremo volentieri per provare altre proposte dello chef.
