Al Persef In Livigno

never been but goggle maps keeps asking me for a review, so not knowing it says positive and 5 stars!

A true gem in Livigno. Persief is a restaurant that captivates from the first moment with its cozy and intimate atmosphere, just six tables for service that is meticulously curated and never distracting. The dishes are a surprising journey: radiant and bold flavors, showcasing the finest ingredients with original yet balanced pairings. The menu offers three different tasting menus, each with its own distinct identity. We chose to pair them with a truly excellent wine tasting, perfectly balanced with each course. The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable: unpretentious, yet extremely professional. You feel welcomed naturally, like at home, yet pampered with a level of care that only great restaurants can offer. A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended to anyone seeking something unique in Livigno.

A friendly and attentive welcome, a warm and cozy place, the open kitchen in which the chefs work "together", a classy but friendly service. And the discovery of the dishes is each time a taste surprise with local products for the most part, a story behind the dishes and perfect creativity. We just wonder when the Michelin guide will finally award a star to this chef and his team because everything is there for it! 🤞 see you soon and thank you for this good time as every time you come to your place

The restaurant, located within a hotel, stands out for its intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The option of dining with the kitchen open to view contributes to an engaging culinary experience. The service is impeccable, and the quality of the dishes is generally high, with the exception of the "Noi Bambini e Achille" starter, which could benefit from some improvement. The "Livigno 55/50" dessert is sublime. The wine selection is good, but I would suggest carefully considering the two reds: the first, a French wine, is excellent, while the second could use a bit more revision. The 2008 Sauternes is perhaps too sweet. Despite the overall quality, I am not awarding a fifth star because the final price is excessive for a restaurant aiming for a Michelin star but has not yet achieved one. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their professionalism.

A simply divine experience, a relaxing, professional, and clean environment. I was enchanted by the quality of the service and the dishes offered. I'd definitely return for a special occasion, and not just that; it deserves a star. The space doesn't have many tables, which makes the atmosphere more special, and the service is more customer-focused. Compliments to all the staff, impeccable!

Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati qui in occasione del nostro anniversario (per cui ci è stato portato un bellissimo pensiero). Inutile dire che siamo stati coccolati dalla A alla Z in tutto. Scelto il menu tra le tre proposte disponibili e abbinato un ottimo vino scelto dall'ampia carta e suggeritoci dal personale in base ai nostri gusti, abbiamo potuto apprezzare una serie di piatti di altissimo livello. Presentazione degna di nota, qualità e sapori raffinati ed eccellenti, abbinati tra loro in modo da saggiare le singole caratteristiche di ogni ingrediente. Merita una visita!
