Tornati dopo un anno siamo ritroviamo un ambiente cordiale e professionale. La cena allo Chef's Table permette di ammirare le prepazioni e tutto il lavoro. I sapori sono molto gradevoli ed evocativi. La scelte dei vini è eccellente. Nessun problema a gestire l'intolleranza al lattosio.

Excellent food and a great gastronomic experience, as always. I’ve dined here several times, and it has never disappointed. A truly refined menu with creative, out-of-the-box dishes—the chef outdoes himself every time. The atmosphere is very warm and family-like, and the staff is extremely attentive. Highly recommended! Be sure to reserve a table in advance.

For me going to Persef is not simply going to the restaurant for a dinner, but it's like watching a show, I specifically choose the seat at the counter to capture every detail and essence of the preparations and the food, I remain enchanted observing Attilio, Nour and Daniele in the preparations, perfectly synchronized, they don't speak to each other, it's like watching a ballet behind the stove and I remain enchanted and get lost in Attilio's detailed descriptions of every single dish where he describes not just a dish, not only herbs or ingredients unknown to me that pique my curiosity, but he makes me participate in a piece of his life by telling me stories of his childhood and his family. With piano music in the background last night I experienced a journey, as always... I love Persef because every year it manages to exceed my expectations... for me they are Superlatives, one of the best places I have eaten, I highly recommend it and above all I recommend the experience at the counter!

La nostra quinta esperienza al ristorante Al Parsef è stata ancora una volta un viaggio culinario straordinario... dopo " Andata e Ritorno" dello scorso anno , ieri sera , grazie a "La Linfa" , lo chef Attilio e la sua fantastica brigata ,Daniele e Nour, hanno orchestrato una sinfonia di sapori che ha celebrato le tradizioni locali con uno straordinario tocco di innovazione. Il percorso è stato un vero omaggio alla natura e alla stagionalità, con piatti che hanno esaltato ingredienti freschi ,genuini...e " impensabili"...ogni portata è stata una scoperta ( il pinolo Siberiano , il Ragnetto , Garum di Manzo , il Kimchi di Abete rosso ecc ecc...)... un equilibrio perfetto tra tecnica e creatività. ...ogni boccone raccontava una storia, un legame profondo con il territorio. La presentazione dei piatti era un'opera d'arte, con colori vivaci e composizioni armoniose che invitavano a immergersi in un'esperienza sensoriale completa. I sapori intensi e perfettamente bilanciati, con accostamenti audaci che sorprendevano e deliziavano il palato.... servizio come sempre impeccabile, con un'attenzione ai dettagli che ha reso la serata ancora una volta speciale. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, come se fossimo parte di una " grande famiglia". Durante l' anno abbiamo l'occasione di fare altre esperienze....ma ogni anno quando veniamo da Attilio, è un'esperienza culinaria che va oltre...e quando la serata finisce e ci salutiamo.... pensiamo gia a come organizzare il prossimo " emozionante viaggio ".

Our fifth experience at the Al Parsef restaurant was once again an extraordinary culinary journey... after last year's "Andata e Ritorno", last night, thanks to "La Linfa", chef Attilio and his fantastic team, Daniele and Nour,  orchestrated a symphony of flavors that celebrated local traditions with an extraordinary touch of innovation. The journey was a true homage to nature and seasonality, with dishes that highlighted fresh, genuine... and "unthinkable" ingredients... each course was a discovery (Siberian pine nuts, Ragnetto, Beef Garum, the Spruce Kimchi etc etc...)... a perfect balance between technique and creativity. ...every bite told a story, a deep connection with the territory. The presentation of the dishes was a work of art, with bright colors and harmonious compositions that invited you to immerse yourself in a complete sensory experience. The intense and perfectly balanced flavors, with bold combinations that surprised and delighted the palate.... impeccable service as always, with attention to detail that made the evening special once again. We felt welcomed and pampered, as if we were part of a "big family". During the year we have the opportunity to have other experiences....but every year when we come to Attilio, it is a culinary experience that goes beyond... and when the evening ends and we say goodbye.... we are already thinking about how to organize the next "exciting trip".

28/03/2025: Buglio al Monte has been nothing more than a signpost so far. Today, a colleague of mine recommended this restaurant to me. I couldn't have gotten a better recommendation: the place is very nice, the food is great, with huge portions and a more than good price. I chose pizzoccheri, even though it's the dish I eat the most in winter. I assure you that this has earned my taste award. My wife chose a more daring dish, tagliatelle with blueberries and casera. They were also excellent. My son went for the tagliata: tender, tasty, spectacular. I highly recommend stopping here to eat. Obviously, I will return as soon as possible.
28/03/2025: It's now my trusted dairy, every week I go to get fresh cheese, the cashier is very kind and friendly, recommended

09/03/2025: Excellent value for money. Good food and fast, friendly staff. Prosecco and amaro offered. Modern and simple environment. Ample parking.
27/02/2025: The mere fact of offering prosecco has its own reason.... Friendly and professional staff... Excellent food; if, however, something doesn't go right, they'll fix the mistake immediately... Quality/price Ok!
