Very friendly, I recommend the menu at the end of the menu, I asked my son for an orata of the day and it was divine! He ate it all, and the very attentive employees gave us wipes to clean our hands.

Restaurant by the sea, excellent food, they have the freshest catch of the day. One evening they recommended amberjack made by them with cherry tomatoes and other ingredients caught from the sea, it was absolutely delicious... Not to mention the service, all the staff were very attentive and very friendly. I recommend it because in my opinion it is the best in Balestrate.

The owners and the chef of "Al Paguro" choose only artisanal and, mainly, local products. The fish comes directly from fishing boats in Balestrate and the small ports of our gulf which, daily, delight us with the fruits that the open sea offers us.

The alcoholic selection ranges from wine and bottled bubbles, rigorously, to local wines, passing through bottles of digestives.
If it is true that "Water makes rust", a good meal cannot exist without the right alcoholic accompaniment. For this reason the "Al Paguro" restaurant tries to combine well-known grape varieties from elite wine cellars with a selection of more local wines, both chosen on the basis of a coherent combination of flavors between drinking and eating: "Al Paguro" they find bottles of wine from cellars that pay attention to the procedures used and the refinement of the flavours, unique in their kind.

Le lieu est agréable au bord de mer mais le service laisse à désirer, plutôt long et les serveurs ne sont pas des plus agréables.
Concernant les plats, nous avons pris des pâtes à la pistache et aux crevettes (18€) qui contenait une demi-crevette et qui étaient plutôt fade avec un goût de pistache qui laisse à désirer. L'assiette de calamars et crevettes frites était décevante au niveau de la quantité et le calamar était probablement des anneaux congelés (18€). Le couscous de la mer était quant à lui plutôt bon (16€), de même pour l'espadon (18€).
En conclusion le rapport qualité prix dépend du plat que vous prenez.
