Il Paguro is an excellent restaurant, refined ingredients make every dish a delight for the palate, I recommend the fish-based dishes, the pizza 🍕 is amazing, the dough leavened for 48 hours makes it thin and light, recommended restaurant

A staple of seafood in Balestrate!
Last night I dined at Al Paguro once again, and as always, it was an exceptional experience.
The seafood couscous is among the best: flavorful, balanced, and plentiful. The spaghettoni alla roccia are an explosion of seafood, with the freshest seafood and perfectly cooked.
The pasta with sea urchins is also a true delight for those who love intense flavors, and the fried foods... simply spectacular: light, crispy, and not at all greasy.
It's a place I always return to, always confident of eating well.
I highly recommend booking in advance, as it's often full—and rightly so!
A restaurant that always lives up to expectations.

Good Pizzeria Restaurant, the portions are generous and generally very tasty. Kudos to the dining room staff who go the extra mile despite the crowded atmosphere to satisfy the customers' needs. Good value for money, excellent desserts. Highly recommended.
