Beyond our wildest expectations. Recommended long ago by a colleague, on November 14, 2025, we finally visited Al Padellone in the historic Bovisa neighborhood. If you want to combine satiety with quality, you absolutely must opt ​​for their "Menù Del Toro": for €49 per person, you'll leave completely full and satisfied (we even had a "doggy bag" because we couldn't finish all the sides). Each dish deserves an honorable mention: from the delicate carpaccio and tartare to the crispy pizza by the slice (with top-notch mozzarella), from the bold flavor of the 24-month-aged Langhirano prosciutto and the Bra sausage on the warm focaccia, to the succulence of the diaphragm and the sliced ​​steak. Praise and honor go to the special cheddar (real) and jalapeño sausages. Excellent "Sangre de Toro" wine and exquisite desserts. The only flaw is the owner's absence, whom we would have gladly greeted and complimented for his social media strategy. The staff is very courteous and helpful. A gem worth preserving. Qualità della carne “suprema”! Rapporto prezzo qualità, anche se ultimamente è aumentato di un percentuale non indifferente (es. tagliata da 18€ a 23€) vale sempre la pena. Ambiente tipico da trattoria, grezzo il giusto, pulito ma bagni zero accessibili x disabile. Nel complesso carino. Ma non vai a godere del posto ma dell’ottima carne. Vorrebbe essere un locale da biker ma 2 foto, 4 caschi e 3 serbatoi non lo rendono tale. Peccato xche l’accoppiata griglia - biker è molto apprezzata e tipica. Personale: molto carine e serie le donne che servono ai tavoli, poco professionali i ragazzi, onestamente c’è da augurarsi di esser serviti dalle loro colleghe. Alla cassa i proprietari sono serpe e gentili e veloci. Molto apprezzato il loro Instagram con video e storie simpaticissime ma al tempo stesso interessanti che invogliano ad andare a provare tutti i tagli di carni.
