Al Grottino In Modena

Easter Monday lunch while we were passing through Modena. Friendly staff, impeccable food quality and average prices. The place is welcoming. Advise.

It was a pleasure to taste a delicious pizza, in a quiet place. The staff is top! A great gentleman attentive to detail, very kind!

Since I discovered it, it has become one of my favorite places in Modena! The environment is really pleasant, well-kept and welcoming. The pizza is simply exceptional: perfect dough, quality ingredients and flavors that win you over at the first bite.😍✨ The staff is super friendly, always smiling and helpful. Thanks so much to the gentleman who prepared my pizza, you can see he loves his job.🥹🍕 The quality-price ratio is also excellent, it's difficult to find better. 🔥I will definitely return with pleasure!🤍

Ahora tienen una ventana para llevar que está abierta para un almuerzo temprano. Nos detuvimos en el camino a la estación de tren tenía pizza y era excelente! Caliente y sabroso. El hombre que nos ayudó era encantador!

Too bad it wasn't very popular. Friendly staff. I liked the pizza a lot. Particular tastes and digested without problems, even if finishing it all was challenging! Environment perhaps in need of a bit of updating. Excellent quality/price ratio

Good pizzeria in the center of Modena

Truly delicious food, especially the pizza is recommended; excellent service (Super friendly and very nice waiters). Excellent location, they make you feel at home and modern and finally the right value

For me it will always be the ❤️ pizzeria! Amazing pizza, I recommend the scamorza and lemon and as an appetizer two broccoli friarielli which are imperial at the Grottino!

Pizza evenings in Modena at the Grottino. The restaurant is divided between the possibility of a large outdoor terrace and the usual inside. The staff are truly welcoming and kind, like true friends. This time we ate pizza which is always a very good guarantee, but other times we had fish dinners and I must say that was also good. You have to book or wait because it's always full. Highly recommended +++

We were luck enough to stay within a short walk of this restaurant, the food is superb. The people running this restaurant are super friendly and very helpful. We ate here twice on our 4 day trip and both meals were amazing. The Prosciutto and Parmigiano starter was excellent, I had the one of the specials a Calzone and my mum had Spagetti Vongole which was loaded with so many clams. The draught beer was good and the white wine was excellent (according to mum) this was a recommendation by the waiter. On our second visit I had the Tortellini which was fantastic, Mum had the Vongole again as she has talk about it for 2 days. The friendly service, great food and alfresco dining (in a partially closed street) was first class and to top if off the best expresso I had in Modena. Thank you Al Grottino, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
