Al giardino In Monteverde

We decided to spend the August bank holiday in this restaurant, obviously with a fixed menu, "drinks not included". Nothing to complain about how the first and second course samples were prepared, but to the sweet voice of the house some miserable baked biscuits were served. I ask myself and I ask the restaurateur, but what did a banal piece of tiramisu or even a fresh sorbet cost you? It would certainly have been appreciated by all the guests, "sometimes you almost miss out". I would also like to point out that to get to Monteverde you pass through dozens of restaurants, so above all out of respect for customers, it would be advisable not to hide behind tricks of voice, since ending with a real homemade dessert certainly enhances a lunch, making it profitable for you, and pleasant to the consumer. Young and active managers, very friendly

We chose this place to have an aperitif dinner (mixed appetizers and fried sandwiches in the centre) booked for 8.30pm. Once we arrived at the place they made us sit down and only after more requests did they come to take our drinks order. They brought the water to us at 2200, the beer at 2230. The food at 2300. We paid €30 each. Disorganized service, quality food.. but not worth it for the price you pay.

The pizza is very particular, it has a dough that combines the softness of a contemporary one with the crunchiness of a Roman one. All this combined with noteworthy ingredients and craft beer brewed in the country, makes it memorable. I haven't tried the first or second courses but "by nose" they are worth a second trip. 😉

Excellent restaurant with good and excellent quality food

A very pleasant discovery in a splendid village! Very good dishes, attentive service, kind and helpful managers, fair prices. The desserts are a little subdued!

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia e per visitare il suggestivo borgo di Monteverde. Abbiamo trovato qualità e cortesia. Ottimo cibo, semplicità e simpatia caratterizzano questo piccolo ristorante. Siamo stati benissimo! Davvero bravi e grazie per la gentilezze di questi tempi rara.
