I had the opportunity to follow their work for several days: tireless workers, promoting a supply chain that extends from ingredients to drinks, with the whole family in tow. I read shocking reviews, which clearly convey how people today know the price of everything and the value of nothing. The value of these people lies in their hands, in their commitment, in their resistance within a village they make alive, authentic, and genuine. I believe they are modern-day heroes, true Italians, people with timeless values, in addition to being good at their jobs. In one of Italy's most beautiful villages, this restaurant/pizzeria showcases local flavors and aromas, paired with fine wine and excellent beer. Definitely worth a try...highly recommended.
