Al giardino In Monteverde

24/08/2024: I stayed there last night and everything was perfect. Helpful staff nice room comfortable bed and easy access.

14/08/2024: The hotel is really well located for transit. What is very pleasant is the hotel's free private parking space. The climate in the rooms (we had two because there was an exchange) is fine. First, we were given an empty package without room cards. We noticed it immediately. The staff were astonished. A second room was found within 5 minutes. However, this room only had very hot water available. This was noted by the staff and led to phone calls. Until it turned out that there was actually a defect in the room. Then we suddenly got the room we were supposed to get first - this time with a card, but it was broken and had an additional key because the card barely worked for the power supply in the room itself. This room had both temperatures for the water, but was really very dirty... We then wanted to quickly eat something in the restaurant. Unfortunately there is nothing on the menu for children. But the service actually made noodles. We then went briefly to the small city center and ate there. CONCLUSION: The staff really tried hard and were always friendly. The rooms, on the other hand, weren't really nice, but they were enough for a trip. And the location is perfect.
