Excellent cuisine, welcoming owner, like all of Monteverde... A wonderful discovery!

In one of Italy's most beautiful villages, this restaurant/pizzeria showcases local flavors and aromas, paired with fine wine and excellent beer. Definitely worth a try...highly recommended.

We had lunch at this charming restaurant in upper Irpinia during the Sponz Festival. Excellent food and a breathtaking location.

What can I say? Traveling for a sponzfest with five friends, I found myself sleeping in Monteverde. A truly beautiful and welcoming town, where I was lucky enough to find this restaurant, where the owner welcomed us as we would a friend at home. The dishes were generous and truly delicious, at a very fair price. Be careful, the parmesan and caciocavallo meatballs are addictive, as is the seasoned breadcrumbs. Highly recommended; next time I'm at sponz, this will definitely be an inn to visit again!

A delightful surprise in the center of Monteverde. The restaurant is very clean and tidy, with a covered garden area where you can dine on summer days. The menu is truly comprehensive, catering to all tastes, and we're obviously talking about traditional local cuisine. The quality of the food is simply superb. Special mention goes to the craft and draft beers (rare in a restaurant) from the local Santa Croce brewery (the red is excellent). The quality/quantity/price ratio is excellent, and the service is fast and punctual (something not to be underestimated, considering there were 16 of us). If you're in the area, this restaurant is worth a visit. UPDATE: Returned after 2 years.... Everything confirmed. Perfect experience!!!

Great experience! We were a large group of 37 people but everything went smoothly! Not to mention the kindness of the staff, the delicious pizzas, and the very special dessert. Really compliments to everyone, especially the chef/pizza chef! The price was very reasonable for the quality. See you soon, we will definitely be back!!!

Excellent local food in a very characteristic village

I was there a few days ago on the evening of August 15th. Some friends from Aquilonia brought me there. There were four of us, plus three of them. The atmosphere is breathtaking and very welcoming, just like the waitresses, who were good and fast. We tried different foods and everything was authentic and delicious!! I recommend it ☺️
