Abbiamo assaggiato primi fatti in casa, pappardelle e gnocchi, molto buoni, anche polenta e funghi porcini, davvero gustosissimi. Punto di forza il servizio, simpatia e cortesia come raramente incontri. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità. La scelta dei vini può migliorare nel rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo tornati dopo un anno e il ristorante si riconferma ottimo, piatti abbondanti e buonissimi, i ragazzi in sala sono gentilissimi e simpatici

Our third night in Ararrba we had a fantastic dining experience at Al Forte Restaurant. For our antipasto, we both ordered the deer carpaccio with mixed salad, chanterelles, and balsamic sauce—an exquisite start to the meal. My husband enjoyed the venison with polenta and Tyrolean dumpling, while I thoroughly loved the pear ravioli with blue cheese and walnut sauce. The pasta was incredibly delicate, perfectly complementing the light, flavorful sauce. The service was excellent—the staff had a well-organized system, which makes sense given that many of their guests come from the hotel. Overall, Al Forte is another great place to dine when visiting Arabba!

A very pleasant atmosphere, it seems to be a former fortress. Stone walls and stairs. Good food, service and pleasant atmosphere. And the toilet is worth a visit.
