Very good value for money. Line up on a Monday evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. But it was worth the wait. The service is fast and efficient. Although the staff is super busy, they are all very friendly. The gourmet pizza “La Cracante” was excellent. And I had some "amatricianna pici pasta" to bring, which was just as good. I recommend you.

Amazing restaurant. Open, refined and tasty cuisine. Very affordable, main course, drink and dessert = 25€/person 🤩

We ordered both pizza and pasta. Everything is fresh and really good, even the desserts. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since there were 8 of us, we booked two days in advance. There was always a bit of a queue so maybe it's better to book in advance.

definitely try the meatballs for the appetizer —they were on chef’s recommended page of the menu and rightfully so! the service was quick despite it being very busy during dinner.

One could write about their cuisine and atmosphere in several essays. The food is delicious, if you haven't eaten Roman cuisine, I definitely recommend it and you will be 100% satisfied We liked it so much that we ate dinner there three days in a row. The service was great, the waiter we had was the same all these days. Every day he suggested what was worth trying.

Delicious pizza! Stayed at a hotel close to Al Forno della Soffitta and decided to try out the restaurant with a friend as it looked nice. Went back two times during our stay! The pizzas are well made and the atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice. The prices were also super affordable and you really got your moneys value. The service was good and the waiters were pleasant. Would recommend coming right when they open if you don’t book a table in advance as it gets full quickly. I would definitely recommend Al Forno della Soffitta for future travelers for amazing pizza and a good price. I will definitely be returning!

29/08/2024: My son (7) and me traveling around. We met Ombre Rosse! Excellent place! Good vibes. The staff are Good people. Reservation was at 19:00. I called at 18:00 that we are on the way from Hydromania (water park, also to be recommended family trip) We came at 19:55, bus delay. Phone call of the staff said “ no problem, we waiting for you”. Nice detail the first contact. First positive impression!We arrived , our table was pointed for us. My son loves Lasagna Bolognese taste super good. I choose “Pollastro” (healthy) chicken burger! The balance of the dishes are well calculated, not too much, in balance! Last treatment “ Fragole freshe .Gelato alla crema “. This place is romantic, amore, it’s got all of the real Rome adventure. This restaurant/cocktail lounge has positive energy, owners be proud how you present your energy through your staff! This is how we experience the real Rome.

31/07/2024: Siamo appena usciti da questa splendida trattoria. Abbiamo mangiato solo piatti della tradizione . Tutto davvero squisito, i primi abbondanti e molto buoni, i secondi succulenti. La responsabile di sala,gentilissima , ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli. Peccato che siamo un po' fuori mano altrimenti verremmo qui molto spesso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

The staff is exquisitely kind, shame about the food which wasn't that great and the chicken pieces with mustard and honey were terrible: overcooked, you couldn't smell the mustard at all and it was a completely unrelated dish Prices are modest
