Al Forno della Soffitta. Pizza is originally eaten for dinner in Italy, but what does it matter in a tourist destination? Neapolitan pizza has a tomato sauce base with oregano and anchovies. The pizza dough itself had a good texture and the anchovy flavor was good. I ordered octopus dish, and there were finely chopped potatoes under the octopus. The reason the sauce is yellow is because it contains saffron. The octopus was cooked just right and had a very good texture. It harmonizes well with the scent of potatoes and saffron below. It was a decent restaurant even though I went there in a hurry. The staff is friendly. The pizza oven you see as soon as you enter the entrance seems to tell the identity of the store. The pizza is really good. As a starter I recommend the ham with buffalo mozzarella and the mixed fried fish. The staff is very kind. If I really have to find a negative point it is the crowd of people inside.

While wandering around Rome we stopped to eat a pizza.... I must say that we were satisfied... particular pizzas... unique with raw meat cut by knife... serious and attentive staff in a sober environment... A restaurant to remember

Excellent pizza as an alternative to the classic Roman pizza

Food is delicious! And service also is very good and kind! The pici al ragu was amazing and also the soup of mussles! Wine was also very nice and great prices. Highly recommend!

An excellent restaurant in every respect. Pizza Salmone was great, lasagne salmone of the month was only good, tiramisu was fantastic, service was impeccable even when there was a lot of rush and shift changes.

sono capitato in questa pizzeria una sera di un giorno di settimana durante una trasferta a Roma. Il locale è mediamente grande ed entrando sei subito immerso nell’ambiente con i pizzaioli che sfornano pizze dal forno a legna direttamente davanti ai tuoi occhi. Non avevo prenotato e nonostante il locale fosse pieno in poco tempo il personale mi ha fatto accomodare in un tavolino propio sotto al bancone. Servizio cordiale attento e preciso. Ho scelto una pizza speciale proposta dal locale con pecorino romano e carciofi. Questi erano piccoli carnosi ma insapori. Base della pizza da 10 e lode morbida soffice e leggera. Ho concluso con un tiramisù per niente male. Prezzo nella media. Lo consiglio per una buona pizza, magari fatevi consigliare dal personale di sala.
