Location: A large villa with a huge, slightly unconventional parking lot, all just outside Parma.
The venue is quite large, and the tables are spread throughout the various rooms of the house, thus avoiding too much noise.
The menu includes a bit of everything, including pizza, pasta dishes, meat, and fish.
Overall, it's okay, but it doesn't shine as much as it could...

We went to "Al Fornello" on the recommendation of friends and were so pleased we returned the next day.
The restaurant is welcoming and the staff is impeccable:
attentive, kind, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease.
We tried both meat dishes and everything was excellent: quality ingredients, meticulous preparation, and full, well-balanced flavors.
Every course was a pleasant surprise.
A restaurant truly worth a visit... actually, two, like we did!
We'll definitely be back.
The pizza is delicious.

I would say everything was good from the starter to the dessert. I would give a 10+ for the zuppa inglese because I am a lover of this dessert.

The promise was met. There were nine of us, and besides me, my fellow diners were pleased. I was pleased because it was my first time there, having recently arrived in Parma, but the guests, who had tried other restaurants in the city, appreciated the menu and the courtesy of the staff. I'll be back for another menu to discuss with the owner, an original one, this time to surprise the guests a bit. Convenient parking. They've also equipped themselves for gluten-free meals. There's an elevator to the upstairs rooms. Well done, keep up the good work.

Going to a restaurant alone has always seemed very sad to me... but in life, never say never... and it was a wonderful experience... excellent food, impeccable staff, and an elegant, impeccable atmosphere.
