We visited "Al Fornello" in Parma on the recommendation of friends and were so pleased we returned the next day. The restaurant is welcoming and the staff is impeccable: attentive, kind, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. We tried both meat and fish dishes, and everything was excellent: quality ingredients, meticulous preparation, and rich, well-balanced flavors. Every course was a pleasant surprise. A restaurant truly worth a visit... or rather, two, like we did! We will definitely be back.

08/01/2026: Just outside the center of charming Fontanellato, a delightful trattoria welcomes you with grace and offers refined yet authentic dishes in generous portions. The menu features meat and fish, and in the evenings, a wide selection of pizzas. We tried delicious appetizers like the mascarpone and walnut cake with fried polenta, creamed cod, excellent cured meats, and the fantastic ricotta and pumpkin tortelli.
