Al Faro In Ivrea

While passing through Ivrea for an evening, we discovered this restaurant and had a great time. We ate typical dishes outdoors and were treated with kindness and professionalism. The price was fair. I highly recommend it.

I think it is the best pizza in the area, in more than 40 years there was only one pizzeria that was slightly superior in quality, but now, as it is no longer present, it is the one that deserves the most. It maintains quality even when taking away, so very very well. If you eat on site, the starters are excellent and always found to be fresh.

A place in the center of Ivrea, we booked the same day for lunch and were very satisfied with the welcome and the variety of dishes on the menu. Pizza is not to be understood as the classic gourmet pizza leavened for hours and hours that is so fashionable now, but it is pizza as it was once made. Wide choice of pizza varieties and personally I digested it very well. We also tasted some dishes from the kitchen and were satisfied. Generous and fair portions, very attentive and precise waitresses. If I really have to find a negative note it is the €2.2 cover charge.

Eravamo a Zonzo per Ivrea, venuta l'ora del pranzo siamo incappati in questo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. Menù ricco di piatti di pesce e pizze. Abbiamo scelto il pesce, ben cucinato, il personale cordiale e molto disponibile, nonostante l'ora di punta e la tanta gente presente in sala, rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo.
