Al Faro In Ivrea

We stumbled upon it by chance and tried it without a reservation. He kindly found us a table. We ordered both pizzas and drinks, the latter arriving almost immediately, and then the wait began. I understand it's a Saturday night, I understand the place is packed, but 45 minutes seems like too much. Anyway, the pizzas arrived: what can I say? The ingredients were good, but the dough left me a little unsatisfied; I didn't really like it.

Very nice place, very nice and friendly staff, both the pizza and the dessert are excellent.

Pleasant and attentive service. Honest and fairly light cuisine (not too heavy or too greasy), which is very pleasant. Pizzas, starters and main courses are well-filled. Delicious strawberry meringue, pavlova style, not too sweet. You leave feeling full but not bloated 👍

While passing through Ivrea for an evening, we discovered this restaurant and had a great time. We ate typical dishes outdoors and were treated with kindness and professionalism. The price was fair. I highly recommend it.
