I wasn't satisfied with the dinner because the risotto was overcooked and the mushrooms in the tagliatelle should have been fresh, as per the menu.

The restaurant is located in the center of Aosta, with a few tables outside and many inside, so if you want to eat outside, it's best to specify this when booking.
Excellent wine selection.
Friendly and courteous staff.
The quality of the food was good, especially the carbonada, which was truly excellent. The desserts were a little below average.
Overall, a very pleasant evening.

Very good restaurant, we were a large group and were seated in a very nice room, an old vaulted cellar, surrounded by bottles of Italian wines. It was very original!

We booked based on the positive reviews, and we didn't regret it!
We ordered à la carte, but there are also set menu options.
Among the à la carte options, we opted for the charcuterie and cheese platter: just enough for two and featuring excellent local products.
For the main course, we had beef-filled cannelloni with fondue (AWESOME, highly recommended) and a meat-based second course.
For dessert, a truly delicious Cogne cream.
The place is quite popular, so it's best to book.
The prices are medium-high, but justified by the quality.
The service was very courteous and fast.

Very warm welcome and a little attention when checking out. The discovery plate shared between two was delicious. The cannelloni is excellent.

We had dinner here as a couple and had a great time. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. The dishes were truly delicious and unique. I think I had the best tiramisu of my life. I highly recommend stopping by!

It's always a pleasure for us to come and eat in this culinary paradise.
The service is impeccable, not a single false note; kindness, good taste, and good advice accompany dishes that are all an incomparable delight.
This restaurant has become a must-visit during our travels in Aosta.
