A lovely restaurant in the center of Aosta, certainly much better than many others. The local ingredients are truly excellent. But a fish menu is definitely not... Perhaps too much creates certain flaws in the dining room service, or perhaps the August 11th weather is making itself felt, I don't know. We could have had a better experience, but the food was worse. Recommended.

We arrived late, and we were celebrating our friends' wedding. A round table at the back of the restaurant with a beautiful stone vault had been reserved for us. We had an aperitif, then ordered various dishes, all presented by a smiling and professional staff. The succulent starters and main courses were excellently presented and delicious. A wine cellar rich in choice. And finally, homemade desserts. Late-night aperitif on the terrace, graciously offered. I recommend this place if you're passing through Aosta. Thank you all. Great wines. It's essentially a restaurant where you primarily "dine" for the wine. From reasonable wines to top-notch. Highly recommended! The food is also good.

03/08/2025: I always hate to give negative reviews because the people who work there deserve respect. Today I found the atmosphere pleasant and the staff courteous, but the food wasn't up to par. We ordered two dishes of polenta with wild boar and one of polenta with porcini mushrooms. My son and I (we ordered the wild boar) both had difficulty digesting and a slight hint of acidity. Nothing to complain about the mushrooms. Nothing serious, but still unpleasant. There are many other options on the menu; perhaps we'll give the other recipes a second chance.
02/08/2025: The restaurant is worth a visit, and the selection of dishes is interesting and rich in local produce. The portions are generous and tasty, but with the restaurant half-full, the staff struggles to place the orders correctly, having to ask out loud "who ordered what" while wandering aimlessly around the tables.
