Al Cral Osteria con cucina In Lauco

After a long time of talking about it, we headed up to Trava for lunch at this restaurant. We'd set out on foot from Chiassis to work up an appetite, but we didn't really need to, as the dishes were all excellent and superbly cooked. In particular, the best frico I've ever had in 20 years of culinary explorations up and down the region. Impeccable service, informal yet precise and fair. The price was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings, and actually quite reasonable.
