Elsewhere a pasta dish will cost up to €14. At this restaurant a pasta dish is €25. On top of this is a cover charge plus a 15% service charge. We've much nicer pasta at much better prices.

If Venice is a dream, this little pasta restaurant is its best-kept secret. Tucked away on a quiet side street close to the theatre where the atmosphere is warm, intimate, and filled with comforting aromas. The menu celebrates authenticity with it's carefully crafted dishes. The highlight for me was the fresh pasta with truffles; delicate ribbons of pasta coated in earthy richness that melted on the tongue, perfectly cooked and flavoured. Unforgettable!! The staff embody Venetian hospitality at it's best, kind, attentive and passionate about their restaurant. Prices are fair, especially considering the quality. It is truly a must-visit for anyone who believes pasta is more than just food, but an experience. I look forward to my next visit. Grazie mille! 😊

It's always hard to find good restaurants in Venice, as most of them are essentially caters to tourists, and don't offer good traditional food. Al Colombo is one of those restaurants that you want to visit again. First of all, the spirit of this restaurant is Domenico, the owner—a great person, with a lovely sense of hospitality. The restaurant is located near Rialto Bridge, in a beautiful courtyard. You must try the local "crudo di mare", lovely selection of fresh fish. Another dish that you must absolutely try is the risotto di gò, a risotto made with the small fishes from the laguna. Definetely, a great address for your next visit in Venezia !

A charming restaurant with friendly and professional waiters. I don't understand these negative reviews. In Venice, near the Rialto, a historic restaurant, the owner Domenico is a wonderful person. The food is excellent, top-quality, with a terrace and a movie-like atmosphere. It's not a restaurant for everyone, only for those who appreciate beautiful things, traditional dishes, and quality wines. Inside, the restaurant is adorned with paintings and traveling exhibitions. You can tell the owner is an art lover. Anyone who only looks at the price isn't a good customer here. If you want to experience the true Venice, this restaurant is a step back in time. An authentic restaurant, the kind you don't find anymore. A special evening in the company of dear friends.

It is well known as the oldest café, bar and restaurant in Venice. It is a bit expensive, but the taste and service are worth it. You can eat indoors and on the outdoor terrace. There is a terrace in the square surrounded by buildings.

Se encontró con este restaurante en la primera noche en Venecia. Tuvimos una comida encantadora, 2 tuberías de pasta, botella de vino, agua, panes, compartimos un tiramisú encantador. Terminado con cafés y el servicio era bueno. La única razón para 3 estrellas es el precio. 2a noche tuvimos similar en otros lugares para 2 / 3 el precio

Très bon accueil. Le restaurant est situé au quartier San Marco entre le pont Rialto et la place Saint Marc. Sur une petit place au calme avec de la verdure.
