Al Cavallino In Venezia

I tried all the most famous restaurants in Mestre. In the end, the best was the one close to home, that is this one. Simple family environment, top quality/price, abundant and excellent dishes, delicious wood-fired pizza, groups accepted. There is also a small car park.

Given that we didn't have pizza, perhaps the main dish of the place, the food was without glory and without infamy: Milanese cutlet and French fries were not excellent in my opinion, an uninspiring cold cuts appetizer, good cheese ravioli. Must try for the pizzeria

Lasagna and pizza were perfect. Fair price. Definitely recommend!

Cena in famiglia ambiente familiare camerieri molto simpatici e accorti di solito prendo la pizza molto buona ma questa volta ho preso i scialatielli col pesce davvero squisiti e la frittura di pesce molto buona la mia compagna ha mangiato una tagliata e anche lei soddisfatta!! Excellent pizza, friendly and helpful staff.

Came in 2019 with a friend from America. my Italian friend lived in Mestre at the time and took us to this place. The best pizza I've ever had (I know I know, im an American, but still) my Italian friend ordered for us different flavors. i think we got 3 pizzas. I may never make it back to this place but the food was perfect.

Great pizza for a reasonable price. The service is very quick and you can see your pizza being made and baked. Staff were very friendly and helpful as we were not fluent in Italian Pizza prices were generally €7.5 or €8.5 at the time of visit and it is more than worth it. My favourite pizza was Gorgonzola which was absolutely delicious and creamy. We tried 4 different options and they were all fantastic. Would definitely recommend if you are anywhere near Mestre.

Excellent pizza, excellent restaurant, exquisite first courses and superlative frying. Personal; utmost kindness and extremely accommodating. The only flaw..."Diego"...! (Joke) Diego is the driving force of the place.
