What a nice surprise! Lara has very good contact, she is responsive, available and very friendly. She advised us on our visits and trips. The rest of the team is charming and attentive. The establishment has 4 rooms, therefore intimate. Our room was ultra comfortable and spacious. Beautiful renovation of the building. Very pleasant area and well located in relation to Piazzale Roma if you arrive by car or bus. 20 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from a vaporetto, many restaurants near the B n B. Excellent and varied breakfast. We loved it!

A peaceful corner overlooking the canal, where every detail is carefully taken care of. The light that filtered through the windows illuminated every moment with a unique sweetness. A truly unforgettable experience!

Estaba lloviendo en Venecia e iba a todo el día. Mi marido y yo decidimos parar en Casin dei Nobilli para almorzar. Una señora nos recibió en la puerta, creo que era un miembro de la familia, muy agradable. El lugar era maravilloso, excelente comida y servicio. Tenía sardinas y cebollas para empezar, eran increíbles. Mi marido comió saltimboca de ternera y decidimos comprar una botella de vino. Estábamos en Venecia bajo la lluvia, ¿por qué no? Tuvimos un buen almuerzo. Fui a su baño y a la gran sala trasera en el camino, tenía maravillosas fotos y postales antiguas. Fue genial. Muy interesante. Me encanta.

A marvel!!! A warm welcome from a caring host. Only 3 bedrooms so perfect for tranquility. Very very spacious and equipped rooms like I have rarely seen. The room is made up every day with a little attention placed on the bed. A gargantuan breakfast (pastries, pressed fruit juice, cold meats, etc.) Depending on the weather, we receive what is possible to do and how to get there....in short, go there without hesitation and for having taken a world tour I put it in my top 10 as the host is so kind and helpful.

Exceptional!!! Everything is perfect. From the location, to the welcome, to the room, including a very generous and varied breakfast and to top it all off, little touches every day from Lara. Go there with your eyes closed.

Très beau décor et service efficace . Le contre filet demandé saignant est de la semelle . Un peu mieux pour les pâtes . Nous n'y retournerons pas . D'une façon générale il est devenu rare de pouvoir déjeuner ou dîner correctement à Venise pour moins de 60€ par personne

01/07/2025: If you like raw fish at Mauro's you will find the best...of course also other things but his strength in my opinion is precisely the RAW. Of course the prices are not within everyone's reach, but for those who know it is worth trying.
