The best place in the world. Clean, beautiful location, fantastic communication and staff. Delicious breakfast, beautiful views from the hotel. This place is a masterpiece. This is space!!!!! fantastic!!!!!! Lara. You are great!!!!

Hungrig nahmen wir zum Mittagessen im schönen Innenhof Platz. Durch unsere Anwesenheit war jetzt jeder Stuhl besetzt. Der Service war trotz vieler Leute schnell und freundlich. Frische, feine Salate und grossartige Pasta wurden uns serviert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

What a nice surprise! Lara has very good contact, she is responsive, available and very friendly. She advised us on our visits and trips. The rest of the team is charming and attentive. The establishment has 4 rooms, therefore intimate. Our room was ultra comfortable and spacious. Beautiful renovation of the building. Very pleasant area and well located in relation to Piazzale Roma if you arrive by car or bus. 20 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from a vaporetto, many restaurants near the B n B. Excellent and varied breakfast. We loved it!

A peaceful corner overlooking the canal, where every detail is carefully taken care of. The light that filtered through the windows illuminated every moment with a unique sweetness. A truly unforgettable experience!

04/05/2025: Un buon posto dove assaggiare cucina tipica: antipasto in saor e fegato alla veneziana ottimi; la tagliata di manzo buona. È possibile mangiare fuori lungo il canale, ma ha anche una sala interna. Il valore aggiunto sono sicuramente i camerieri: attenti, professionali, super gentili e cordiali, ma mai invadenti.
28/03/2025: A great pit stop. Friendly staff, pizza was spot on and the seats next to the water a nice touch. A little gem in a sea of tourist focused places.
