There are places that stay in your heart, and this, to be honest, is one of them. You can tell right away that it's not a makeshift place, but that behind it is the passion of a family, people who have been doing this their whole lives and welcome you with a warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. And then, the food. There, you just have to take your hat off. They know how to take the flavors of the past, the authentic mountain flavors, and present them in a way that's a feast for the eyes and the stomach. Each dish is carefully crafted; you can taste the top-quality ingredients and that they know their stuff. From appetizers to dessert, nothing was out of place. It's a refined place with a great soul, where you can enjoy divine food in a truly breathtaking setting.

We went for lunch a couple of weeks ago. It's a place I often stop by when I visit the Dolomites, and it's always intrigued me. The establishment is fantastic, meticulously maintained down to the last detail. The decor is beautiful and in keeping with its setting, and it's immaculately clean; even the beams high up in the corners were spotless. We ordered the tasting menu. The food was good, but I honestly expected more, judging by the prices. The ingredients are high-quality, but it also depends on how they're prepared. Unfortunately, the dishes we ordered lacked flavor, and the service was very rushed, making you anxious, and it's certainly not pleasant while you're eating. I should point out that we had a reservation and arrived at 1:40 PM. We probably had a bad day, especially since there was tension in the dining room due to some sort of argument that had occurred shortly before our arrival with some guests and the owner (if I'm not mistaken), which likely ruined everything. Unfortunately, it's not nice for someone who had nothing to do with it to let people feel the tension that had occurred beforehand. Honestly, paying €65 a head, I expected better dishes that would leave a lasting impression, but instead it remained unremarkable, and we're very sorry. I have fond memories of the location, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the venison burger as an appetizer, truly excellent, the only dish we truly enjoyed.

I was at this restaurant a few days ago with friends; we ate on the veranda. Unfortunately, it's very close to the road, which is a shame, because the surrounding landscape is wonderful, but the noise of passing cars and motorcycles is quite distracting. Dining inside, however, isn't a problem, and the decor is of a good standard. The food is excellent, with options worthwhile. The tasting menu suggestions are also good. The staff is friendly and elegantly dressed. I'd like to point out just one thing we weren't happy with (aside from the bill): To improve table service, I think it's recommended to always serve women first, followed by men, and this wasn't the case. Also, you usually try not to reach over a guest's face with your arms to put down or pick up a plate. This, too, wasn't always respected. In any case, I recommend it and hope to return.

We happened to pass by the hotel and only stopped in the restaurant for dinner. The ambiance is beautifully done with lots of wood, a mix of rustic and modern. I loved it, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. The menu is available in three languages ​​(Italian, German, and English). We first received a greeting from the kitchen. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and fresh. We were very satisfied. Of course, the prices are high, but you pay for the quality, location, and setting. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. There is a large free parking lot in front of the hotel. 😊👍🏼 Dogs were also allowed in the restaurant…

Nice clean family hotel. Very nice and helpful staff.. Rich breakfast included.. Dog friendly!!! :) Excellent dog walking options on the adjacent bike path with absolutely minimal traffic 50m from the hotel..
