Very welcoming restaurant, very kind and helpful staff, no wait for a table. Extremely positive place, superbly run by Andrea and Alina, brother and sister. People often talk about Roman cuisine, but here the food is truly Roman. Very easy to get to, close to Termini Station. I recommend everyone to try it.

Eating Roman food in Trastevere? Extremely difficult, but here in this corner of paradise near Termini Station, thanks to chef Francesco, a true Roman. Authentic Roman cuisine. Impeccable service. People often talk about carbonara, but have you ever eaten carbonara here? The fettuccine with porcini mushrooms is exceptional.

This restaurant is right in the center of Rome, in one of the most important squares.
I came here on the recommendation of a friend and was able to delight my palate with a Roman-style artichoke cooked according to true tradition (being a lover, I really appreciated La Sapienza's preparation) as an appetizer.
This was followed by amazing lamb with baked potatoes and expertly seasoned and finely sliced chicory.
The excellent and tasty flavors complement the smile, professionalism, and hospitality that only this place can provide.

I often come to this restaurant with its warm, intimate atmosphere. They always welcome you with a smile and kindness. The dishes are truly delicious and tasty. I get the perfect tagliata here, just the way I like it: crispy on the outside and rare on the inside. The first courses are truly exquisite. Tonight, the artichokes, both Roman-style and Jewish-style, are amazing!

We had dinner at this restaurant, and it was absolutely perfect: the ingredients were fresh, the dishes (appetizer, first course, second course, dessert) were incredibly delicious, the staff was friendly, and the chef was a true Italian talent. I'll definitely be back on my next visit, and in the meantime, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially since several others in the area aren't nearly as good, so you really have to choose the best places!
