Gnocchi with mutton sauce excellent, as the pappardelle with wild boar, good appetizers and desserts. Too bad I didn't eat the second courses, the first courses were abundant, next time I'll have them

And nothing, out of greed I ate without photographing a dish. I'll do it next time. I must say that the owner knows how to do her job, I didn't like the appetizer so I chose the courses directly, the lady arrived and proposed porcini mushroom salad and truffle omelette, but tell me how you can refuse, not excellent more. Compliments also for the service. Nice place, very spacious along the main road so easy to reach, prices not excessive. I highly recommend it if you happen to be in the area.

Location carina, servizio garbato e veloce, prezzo nella media. Cucina tipica. Mangiato bene. Se passate da Carsoli può essere una piacevole sorpresa. Buoni gli arrosticini e le virtù.

Ristorante Il Caminetto

22/07/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with my wife. It's just outside the town center but easily accessible on foot. I was immediately impressed by the welcoming staff upon entry, the welcome service at the table with bruschetta and water while waiting to confirm my choice. I was also impressed by the clear menu and the very reasonable prices, yet the quality of the dishes is quite different. I would repeat the experience and recommend it. The local meat main course was excellent, the side dishes were well-made, and the desserts were delicious. The first courses were varied and high-quality. Stefano and Daniela
17/07/2025: We went for lunch. Delicious fresh homemade pasta, cooked and seasoned just right, vegetables from their own garden, excellent lamb, so tender! The tripe was amazing. The atmosphere was simple but spotlessly clean. Young and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. What can I say, a lovely surprise. We'll definitely be back.
