If we could, we'd give it 10 stars! We'd been there before, and last night, when choosing a place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we had no doubts about where to go. The ingredients are delicious, refined, and seasonal. The dishes are presented with great care and professionalism. The small restaurant guarantees excellent customer service. We'll definitely be back! If you're passing through the Aosta Valley, eating at Il Caminetto is a must!

A well-maintained and clean traditional restaurant, with exceptional tartare, delicious homemade crepes, and delicious black bread ice cream with chestnut cream.

We had Sunday lunch and had a great time. We sat on the simple veranda at the entrance overlooking the street (luckily, cars rarely pass by at that hour). The dishes and service were very attentive, and the wine selection was excellent. Perhaps we expected a more generous portion for the appetizer and platters. P.S.: Polenta concia and other dishes must be ordered in advance.

Un pranzo eccellente !! Piatti tipici delicati, gustosi, semplicemente fantastici. Il tagliere super top e le crespelle ai frutti di bosco il TOP!!! Prezzo più che onesto. La gentilezza del proprietario una cosa rara...Grazie di tutto!

19/09/2025: We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming and peaceful hotel nestled in the mountains of Courmayeur. The warm welcome we received, especially from Martina in her lovely traditional dress, made us feel right at home. Our room had a beautiful mountain view and was tastefully decorated with antique wooden touches. It was comfortable and well-equipped with an electric kettle, tea and coffee, and a TV with Sky channels. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet at the restaurant, where the staff were friendly and served us with genuine smiles. The hotel offers free outdoor parking, as well as a garage for €20 per night. They also have a nice spa, although we didn’t get the chance to try it.

Ristorante Busseyaz

10/10/2025: I didn't like the ambiance. Everything seemed very simple, and I didn't find it cozy. The tables are very close together, so there's no privacy at all. We didn't want to have a second glass of wine there. The food is excellent, the welcome was okay, but the waitress seemed so annoyed and unfriendly, completely untypical for Italy. No please, no thank you. It's a shame. There won't be a second visit.
07/10/2025: A “local” brasserie that word has got out to the rest of that it’s worth the drive/walk up the hill to try. We were staying close by (just a 4 min walk ) and tried our luck on a weekday without a reservation … they were fully booked!!! But, they managed to find us a spot provided we were done in an hour. The service was exactly what we expected - helpful, efficient and friendly. The food probably exceeded our expectations - beautiful taste, good servings and promptly served. Cheap table wine to wash our meal down did the trick. Highly recommended but also recommend you book!
