We tried more than once to get them to tell us, "No, 5 stars are too many," but once again they amazed us with their speed, politeness, impeccable service, and mouth-watering pizza.
We even tried to challenge them with a pizza topped half one way and half another—nothing was perfect.
The waiters' infectious smiles and the friendliness of the reservations manager are unparalleled.

A mix of flavors that shocked my palate, sending me into ecstasy... the compliments
start from the service, followed by the location, and then straight to the kitchen, where the chef undoubtedly played well with the kitchen, creating spectacular dishes.

Pizza and fried food without any note of merit... good but nothing special, fast service but the paper napkins left in a pile on the table I don't comment... €77 3 pizzas, 3 appetizers 2 beers 1 cola and a coffee.. too much in my opinion for the service they offer!!! Among other things we asked for a table by booking, but they gave us another one

Se cercate un’ottima pizza a Polignano a Mare, La Pizzeria Al Buco Preferito è il posto giusto! Qui si può gustare una deliziosa pizza barese, sottile e squisita, preparata con ingredienti di qualità e tanta passione.
Il personale è giovane, accogliente e sempre sorridente, mentre il servizio è efficiente, impeccabile e veloce. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole in una location incantevole.
Consigliatissimo per chi vuole assaporare un’ottima pizza nella bellissima Polignano a Mare!
