We were for the second time in this beautiful and welcoming place, my partner and I and like the first, we had a very good time! We took a house appetizer which included cheeses, cold cuts, goulash, meatballs with sauce; after which, we had a mixed grill (lamb and livers for her, diaphragm, livers and rich bombette for me): everything was excellent! The meat melted in your mouth. In addition to the food, the service and value for money are also excellent. Highly recommended!

Braceria storica a Crispiano in provincia di Taranto. Parcheggio in strada gratuito ma limitati posti. Locale di media grandezza, con un banco carni all'ingresso che fa venire l'acquolina in bocca. E ti fai un idea di cosa ordinare . Polpette, bombetta, salsiccia di vitellino...patate al forno... tutto buono e cotto a mestiere!! Prezzi medio bassi, servizi igienici Essenziali, ma puliti. Consigliato. Da evitare il mercoledì. C'è brutta gente. (Io🤣).

Come da titolo anche l’asporto è insuperabile. Tagliata eccellente dalla cottura impeccabile come richiesta; stessa identica cosa per l’agnello e le costine di maiale. Patatine fritte dal colore d’orato tipico del fritto effettuato con un olio non riciclato. Complimenti ancora al sig. Michele e famiglia. Persone oneste come poche di questi tempi.

Qualità della carne, cottura e servizio sempre eccellenti. Anche da asporto (ed è un servizio che utilizziamo spesso), non ve ne pentirete perché la qualità è sempre al top.

12/01/2025: We are an Argentine family staying in Lecce and we decided to come and spend the day in Manduria. We ate a variety of excellent dishes and for dessert the tiramisu and tart which were also very good. We were looked after by the owner himself, very nice and kind. The atmosphere is very warm and everything is very clean. We went in the off season so it was also very quiet. We definitely recommend it! We are a family from Argentina who host us in Lecce and we decide to come and spend the day in Manduria. We have a variety of excellent dishes and then the tiramisu and the pastaflora which are also very popular. We waited for the same dueño, very nice and lovable. The very warm and all very clean environment. We were in low weather so it was also very quiet. We definitely recommend it!
